We stayed here for a week in Sept of 2016 and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the staff were nice. Unfortunately we came back in November and they had closed their doors. Too bad! It was a great hotel.

This is a old hotel it is a little ran down but for the price you can't beat it. The rooms were cleaned every day and thy smelled clean. But the blanked and comforters has holes in them, but the sheets were nice. They say the have free wifi but that is only in certain rooms not all room. They do have a pool and offer a free breakfast.

We picked this location as a stop over to break up a long drive. We didn't need frills, just a safe, comfortable place to rest and eat. The price was right, and included breakfast, so we reserved a night at this location. We arrived and checked in late at night, and were greeted by a friendly and helpful gentleman. He was honest about the property being older, and didn't try to oversell it, but definitely made me feel safe and welcome. The room was fine, a little tattered here and there, bu... Read more

The older lady who works the front desk is rude. She will tell you the room isn't ready and you will just have to wait. The room she assigned me had blood on the floor, human fluids on the blankets, and the door didn't lock! I went and spoke to a different front desk agent named Tiffany, and she was able to help me get a refund. This place is old, run down, and dirty. Gross gross gross.

Greetings potential patron! I am a business traveller, and when on a long assignment (TDY), I usually receive full perdiem. This allows me the flexibility of staying where I want (or need), which often allows me to be closer to where I'm working. This trip, to Yuma, Arizona, was initially to be for one month, while working with the Marines at the Marine Corps Air Station. Previously I've stayed across town at the Shilo, which is an older Hotel as well, but very well kept, with a sparkling ... Read more

This hotel is kinda tired and worn. It is an average room, clean sheets and towels, Cable TV and Great Wifi ! The hot breakfast is nice, coffee, juice, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast etc. We stayed 3 nights and all was quiet . The front desk, maids and all employees where very nice and accomodating. We got a very good price on line !! Some rooms have microwaves and small refrigerators. We enjoyed our stay, and were close to restaurants, stores and more...

For $40 I didn't expect much, room was dated, facilities ok, and breakfast average. (with amazing service by an older gentleman) Unfortunately I was delayed and did not arrive into town until around 2 in the morning. I had only planned for this to be an overnight stop on the way to San Diego so all I wanted was a large bed, sleep, shower, and breakfast. Being summer in Arizona daytime temperatures were over 100 and it was still hot when I arrived. Each room has individual AC/heating units but... Read more

It's a basic hotel with free WI-FI and great location close to everything in town. The friendly staff was a real plus and there is a beautiful, large pool that we enjoyed. The property is dated but for the price of $39. I feel it an incredible value. It comes with a great free breakfast, not just rolls and coffee but with sausage links, eggs, toast, orange juice and coffee. Highly recommend.

I've been staying in Yuma 1 night at a time for dental appts. This was the second place we tried. Knights Inn 1st place $25. Both had nice front desk people but both had really dirty and shabby rooms. This place was dirtier according to the towel I used to clean up the room $39. It had microwave with a lot of food debris left in it, a very small fridge, blow dryer, a busted up coffee maker, a board and iron, old TV worked fine and clean sheets and towels. The air cond. worked fine but really sme... Read more

Good thing I didn't expect much, because that's what I got. Check-in was uneventful. While checking in, I noticed a sign saying that the Jacuzzi was out of order. No problem. Since it was around 114, I was going to use the pool anyway. Got to my room and eventually made my way to the bathroom, only to discover that there was no lightbulb in the toilet/shower. And no tissues in the holder. I went out to walk over to the from desk to let them know and see another new sign saying that the pool ... Read more
