This hotel is placed in a beautiful setting and has two great dining options. The formal dining restaurant has excellent food and service with beautiful views of the dessert. The Junior Suite room was I was roomy. It was odd to find a nice large table without a chair so I couldn't use the table to read, write or eat. There was a slip cover over the sofa which made me not want to sit on it in fear of what was lurking underneath the cover. The bedding was clean and comfortable and the bathroo... Read more

As others have said, the furnishings are a bit dated in the room, but our room was very large and quiet (corner unit in Building 35). While we were there, it looked like they were getting deliveries of new furniture for at least some of the rooms, Nice grounds, self-parking close to the room, generally pleasant surroundings. I would not recommend the restaurant, however.

The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed, slept amazingly well. View was of the parking lot so you may want to verify that if it is important to you. There was a small patio like area with two chairs but again no view.

The walls were very thin. We were awakened by the couple next door having sex. We could hear e-e-e-e-e-verything -- the whole encounter -- noises, and words. Other than that, it was a nice resort.

I like the facility, having stayed there in the late 70s and find it as nice now as it was then. I was very disappointed with the door opening cards, we had to have them recalculated/recharged over 6 times that week, sometimes at times very inconvenient. The billing was mottled. I had explained three times that I was splitting the bill between business and personal, and it was still incorrect at check out. And the amount indicated on my Amex statement does not match the invoice I received o... Read more

The key did not work for my room. The rooms are like detached condos. So I drove back and forth three times for my key. The third time the front desk said they would have a maintenance man meet me at my room to check my lock and replace it if need be. I waited 45 minutes at my room. Then went back to the front desk. Have them my key and told them I was going to have dinner and to bring me my key when they get it to work. The food was very good but over priced. With the upscale food I order upsca... Read more

We were here for a conference. The staff was responsive to our requests for a quiet room upper level and I appreciate that. The rooms are very spacious and grounds are nice. The rooms need updating. They could also use some deep cleaning.

This the second time I have stayed at Westward Look. The last time was 25+ years ago. The rooms and property have been updated of course since then but the service and quality remains. Loved my stay and will stay there again. Hopefully it will not be in another 25 yrs.

This was our third visit to Westward Look. We have come to depend on the hospitality of this oasis in the desert. While the food in the dining room is predictable and not overly inspiring, the staff and the venue are second to none. We attend a conference here yearly and the Westward Look does an amazing job attending to our needs. This year we had rowdy neighbours and with a complaint to the front desk staff, we were quickly settled into another room.
