Our group of 150+ just completed our stay at Ventana Canyon. The hotel is easy to navigate, very clean and beautiful. The staff is so easy to work with and make you genuinely feel like they appreciate your business. Always ready and willing to help, the staff is also very well cross-trained and can accommodate your request the first time you ask.

I was recently at this hotel for a conference. As I was preparing for a formal dinner, I saw that my pants needed a bit of sewing. I went to the front desk and asked if someone from housekeeping could help out. The front desk clerk, Jamie, offered to take care of it personally. I have never seen someone be so gracious and quick to help out in a non-normal situation. Jamie is a great asset to your team!

I was there for a Land Rover launch event and since we have friends in Tucson I had my wife join me. we had a very nice time at the resort, the staff was very friendly and the room was what I would expect in a place such as this. I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to anyone else going there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The only inconvenience is the walk to some of the rooms from the elevator. Other than that it was fantastic!

Lovely resort just outside the fray of the city. The resort is located at the edge of the city of Tucson. There are paved walking paths around the grounds, great pool area with an outside restaurant (try a hamburger at the grill), coffee shop for morning java and a lobby that is both a beautiful and comfortable place to sit and people watch. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I suggest you purchase the restaurant dollars when booking your room, and then splurge on the Sunday barbec... Read more

Make sure you take your time and walk around and take in the views. The pool is also very inviting and easy to use. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. All the meals I had there were very good and fresh. Bath rooms were always clean and stocked with supplies.

Stayed here for two nights for corporate training event. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was generally helpful and efficient. However, my room was on the opposite end of the resort and I found myself driving my vehicle back and forth, to avoid the 15 minute walk. The "shortcut" through the garden and pool area is poorly labeled and took just as long to walk. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. But for the money, I didn't experience the 'wow' factor that would separate it fr... Read more

Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is close to great shopping and restaurants. Rooms are large and we had an amazing view. There is a nicely maintained walk to a beautiful waterfall. I am already looking forward to my next trip back!
