I am relocating to Glendale, az from north Carolina. I found this hotel , just by chance. Its clean, and guest services is amazing. Only bad things are, its in a slum area of town. And you see aome seedy character out on street in front. .but had no trouble...nice hotel. .

Although we only checked in for 3 hours, this was the worst experience in a motel I've ever had. From the rude desk clerk to the filthy, run down room, I can't say enough about how awful this motel was. The desk clerk told me she had one smoking room left, even though we had booked a non smoking room two months prior through Expedia. I walked down to the room to see if I could detect a smoke smell. Nothing could have prepared me for what I was to encounter when I opened the door. The room smel... Read more

Not even up to Motel 6 quality. Rooms are dated, and need to be remodeled. You would need a putty knife to scrape the crud off the window air conditioner. I got a general feeling of creepiness with all the people milling around. The "free breakfast" was an absolute joke. Just coffee or tea and nothing else. Desk clerk showed not hospitality skills at all.

This place was terrible a dump. After hours lobby door is locked and you have to do transaction through a window. Minute I got there I had 2 guys and a girl ask me for money. I never felt that unsafe ever! I thought I was going to get robbed. Then since I was so afraid I couldn't sleep. Slept in my clothes just in case something happened. The room smelled old as hell. Stains all over the carpet. Bed covers had burn marks on them. Bed was clean and at least it had hot water. Only good thing. Run ... Read more

Stayed one night in this place. The person at the counter was rude, she had no concept of placing your ID back in your hand,as I respectfully, placed it in hers. When I demanded she pick it up, she was clueless as to why I found that offensive. The fountain in front is filthy with greenish mold. When we proceeded to our room, the first thing we noticed was a car that had flat tires, and broken windows, which appeared to be abandoned, and there were also several others that appeared to be abandoned... This is by far the worst place I've ever been to in my entire life. The front desk is beyond rude and inconsiderate. We had originally booked at the holiday inn across the street and were rebooked here via Expedia as the other hotel came into receivership. Arrived at the AMV at was told there was a record of the reservation however we would have to call Expedia to confirm the payment for the hotel. As we are from Canada we didn't get a phone plan and asked to use the hotels phone. The front de... Read more

Stayed 10 days in this location so we could go to spring training baseball games. Location was very good for this purpose. We also wanted an inexpensive place to stay since we would only be in the room to sleep. This hotel was the least expensive we found @ $800. for 10 days, so can't complain about that. Other than those 2 reasons, I cannot think of why anyone would choose this hotel. Rooms were very worn, furniture in disrepair. Apparently use all rooms as pet friendly rooms since our ro...
