I visited for 2 nights with a friend and was very impressed with the facility's on offer. The hotel is ideal for Family holidays or those traveling who like to be outside the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful, gave some excellent advice on local activities. Only reason for not giving 5/5 is the construction going on around the property which we should have been advised about before arrival. I will definitely come back again in the future.

The grounds are lovely. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. But for this level of hotel I would have expected better bar and restaurant options. Choices were minimal, very expensive for what they were, and the bar staff in particular were aloof and disinterested. We got so annoyed at the poor service in the bar that we walked out after waiting for 25 minutes to get service.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse 2 weeks ago for a Tech Conference. It's funny because one of the event Speakers discussed how everyone expects "great" so great is not good enough. You have to "Wow" to make an impression. Wild Horse's service did just that. I gave 4 stars because the rooms, food, etc. were decent, but did not wow me. However, the staff and service were exceptional! Especially Michael, the bellman. He was so nice and attentive. There was also a Barista who was... Read more

The rooms are average for a resort of this kind, but pleasant. Views are beautiful. When I was there there was a great deal of noisy construction, which was loud and persistent, so made the use of the balcony impossible. The real disappointment was the hotel bar and main restaurant. Drinks were average, food below average, and the service poor.

My family and I are staying at the Sheraton right now, we check out later today, and we love it! The hotel is beautiful! The property is well kept, clean and pristine. The views are spectacular. The service has been spot on from everyone. People are eager to please and very knowledgeable and helpful. (If the water slide by the pool isn‚??t running simply ask one of the pool attendants to turn it on and they‚??ll be happy to get it running.) The only hiccup was some small housekeeping issues t... My wife and I spent 2 nights at this resort. The place is very tastefully and beautifully done. During our stay the weather was still in the 80's but the pools were extremely COLD. With the pools being so cold this made all the children go to the hot tubs. I believe they need to have an adults only hot tub and pool. They also did not let us know there would be construction going on in the pool area. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The small refrigerator in our room did not w... Read more

This hotel was gorgeous and set in a perfect atmosphere. The views were great. The man made river was a beautiful touch and the boat ride was very relaxing. The pools were cool and refreshing. Rooms very nice and the food was delicious for the conference I was there for. It was a perfect trip. Would definitely go back.

Resort was beautiful. Pool, bar and outside eating area was nice. The walk from the elevator to our room was a hike but I guess we could use the exercise. Lol. The resort had a nice gift shop but I thing I did not like was the spa was offsite

The hotel is very pretty but it is far from food/places if you don‚??t have a car. The room was nice, the pool was very pretty and overall we had a nice visit. The hallways are long so take that in consideration or ask for a room closer to the center of the hotel.

Cannot compare this one to the other hotels in the area but this one sits on a big land with outdoor pools etc but i did not use those facilities. Stayed 4 nights on business and found rooms to be a bit outdated, bathrooms seemed rundown and I had to walk a lot to reach to my room. Sleep quality was Ok in general quiet room and decent bed, but overall could be much cleaner ( some spots on bed sheets and also spots on the shower etc).
