Bathroom Floor Extremely Dirty

After check in and settling into our room, we found that the bathroom floor was extremely dirty. We explain this issue to the front desk person as my wife and I were leaving for dinner. She assured us the bath would be cleaned while we were out. The bath floor was not cleaned at all while we were gone. Upon entering the shower the black dirt from the bottoms of my feet was very evident washing down the drain.

Getting off of the interstate, you will not see the hotel. The hotel is located behind an eating establishment. You need to go thru their parking lot to get to the hotel. Needless to say there are places to eat within walking distance. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast area was large and well staffed.

This is a real nice place. The people are professional and friendly. I have stayed at this place and will stay again. The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. This place is run like a well oiled machine. The people here take PRIDE in their work and it shows.

Very comfortable stay at this motel. Quiet rooms, good water pressure, terrific free breakfast, with the added bonus of a pancake machine (always a big plus for us). Uber-clean throughout. Definitely recommend.

Stayed on Christmas Day evening and loved it. Very nice from the moment I walked in, greeted with a smile, given my key and on to the room that I actually picked out in advance. Room was clean and had lots of room to get around. Very comfortable king size bed, slept like a baby.
Bathroom was very clean and the shower was very refreshing to help us start the second day of travel. A good hot breakfast awaited us before we left, was better than I figured it would be. Absolutely delicious.

We were on our yearly journey down to Florida from Michigan, always drive part of the way on Dec 31st and get to our condo in Florida on January 1st. We chose this hotel based on location to I 65 and price, and could not have been more pleased. Hotel was not crazy busy at 11 PM when we arrived, the staff at the desk was welcoming and courteous, and our room was awesome! Very meticulously clean, and their beds were fantastically comfortable. We have stopped here before, and like the handy location. Can walk to a restaurant which is nice after spending the day in a car! The hotel is surrounded by other choices, and seems like a safe destination!
