did not stay here, but frequented the Palms for dinner. Great food. Great service! Always something going on there---one night there was a band, one night trivia! So much fun! And right on the water! Can't beat the view

This was a terrible experience for me. The hotel is run down and uncared for. I took a few pictures of my room and the hotel so I will let the pictures speak for me. I would never recommend anyone staying here. The ice machine was so gross I didn't want to use it. There is a strong RIP CURRENT they don't tell you about. The room needed attention. There is an abandoned hotel next to this one. You have to drive through a bad area to get to this hotel. But again...Pictures speak louder than words.... Read more

Monday nites are MACKO JUMBIE feast time. The music is native to the VI and the people are friendly. The food is buffet but good fare. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was inexpensive . The show included several acts and was part of the meal charge. Must see.

Had the worst pizza of my life, bartender, Pablo could care less. Tasted like someone emptied a salt shaker in the dough. The bar back, Raji tried to take it off our bill, Pablo just waved his hands and said no.

We booked two rooms and after the first night i asked to be moved to a room with a quiet AC. This was done graciously within 2 hours. Asked for a bath tub mat, it appeared mysteriously. All the front desk staff very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast and lunch food outstanding, as was the service. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. I found the label and will buy one soon for myself. Because of the unusual strong NNE winds during our stay we were unable to swim in the salt water. Tha... Read more

Where do I even start? This Hotel is over priced for what you get. The view is beautiful but it does not make up for the fact that it is in disarray and located in a bad neighbor hood. Lets begin with my room. I stayed in room 7 with a fantastic view...that is the ONLY thing that was fantastic about this place with the exception of the staff. My fridge did not work very well. Did NOT keep anything cold so they swapped my fridge with another rooms fridge. The lamp shade finial kept falling off... Read more

My husband and I have stayed at The Palms before and it is a great choice for St. Croix. We always come here because of the great location, (close to Christiansted and easy roads to the east side or north side of the island), the fabulous view, easy access and just a few steps from the beach, great friendly staff and large rooms for lounging or having friends around. But don't miss "Caribbean Night" at the bar/restaurant with live Reggae Music, fire dancers and MokoJumbies! A fun and fabulous... Read more

I stayed at the Palms for a 4 night stay over MLK weekend. I'm a single Mom with three kids. The beautiful ocean front beach is literally steps away from your room. But what makes the Palms for me is the extraordinary customer service and amazing restaurant near both the beach and the pool. The staff are spot-on to make sure your every need is attended to. The restaurant menu changes daily; which works for this family! Gorgeous property, amazing staff, great customer service. Absolutely Heave... Read more

The Palms is a place to relax. An older resort that doesn't have all of the frills of an 'All-Inclusive' but what it lacks in frills, it makes up in quiet, and lack of crowds. Our deluxe room was on the second floor over looking the Caribbean and a short 30 yards from the beach. It was nice, nothing bad, nothing great. It was clean and the AC worked, All of the food was good but as with all things on the Island, patience is required. The highlight of the resort is the beach, the Reef 5... Read more
