Spent one night here and wish it had been more. The room was well furnished with a lovely shower room which looked like it had been recently refurbished. Comfy beds , plenty of space and very cosy on a cold night. We only asked for breakfast the night before yet they were able to serve up a lovely gluten free breakfast and a vegetarian one. Host was charming and helpful and the accommodation was great value for money. We will be back!

My wife and I booked the accommodation to break our journey home from Heathrow after a long flight. It was ideal - conveniently off the motorway but very quiet. The room was quite small but perfectly adequate and clean. Bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast the following morning was excellent- a good range of cereals etc and we had the 'Full English' which was perfectly cooked to order. Would highly recommend this place.

We did an overnight stay here while attending an event at the NEC. Its an easy distance and a nice location. We got a friendly welcome and there is good parking available. The motel room was clean and comfortable with everything you would expect. The only negative was the very noisy plumbing, we could hear next door's too so it made us reluctant to turn on a tap or flush the loo at night so as not to disturb the neighbours, but I don't know what could be done about that. They only do breakfa... Read more

What a great little find . Easy to book via booking.com . Very comfortable room , great shower , nice and warm and clean.Fabulous breakfast ( allow at least half hour though as it is cooked fresh but worth the wait - see photo ).An ideal base for Warwick and Leamington Spa.Two good pubs serving food within walking distance. Will definitely return.

What a greaty find this place is. I travel a lot on business, and this I a welcome break from.all the chain hotels I often stay in. It's very personal service, with warm and comfy rooms, and enjoy excellent breakfast cooked to requirements. While it doesn't have all the amenities of a big hotel, it's a great place to have a good night's sleep, with 2 fine gastro pubs nearby for evening meals and drinks. Will be staying there again when I'm next up there.

Lovely, with perfect hosts Stan and Louise even though there was no bar / restaurant, Stan booked us into their local and provided us with a torch for the couple of minutes walk that it took, nothing was too much trouble, excellent breakfast, relaxing break , short distance from surrounding villages and towns, would definitely go back

We stayed for two nights on a girls weekend away. Room very comfortable, plenty of hot water, breakfast cooked to order which was lovely. On the night of arrival we went to the Hatton Arms for dinner, very good food and service. We went to Warwick Castle, lots going on and visited Stratford-upon-Avon. If you stay here say hello to Mabel!
