Last time stayed we here was 20 years ago and we had an enjoyable stay then . Hotel now refurbished to contemporary style in lobby and restaurant . Our bedroom was very spacious and elegant. The Peruvian / Mexican food was delicious but the best part of the stay was the staff . Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful . Like being at home in a 5 star !

Beautiful hotel with fab mexican/Peruvian food. We ordered a table for 6 on Saturday evening. We had a wait or Antonio who explained how the menu worked and the different meals were served. We picked about 6 dishes, some plates being smaller than others but overall a wonderful dining experience. Served quickly and efficiently.

The location of the hotel, on the Square close to all main attractions, and the de-lux room were excellent. However, what made our stay outstanding was the efficiency, courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They could not do enough for us. We have stayed in many top class hotels around the world but this stay was the best we have experienced.

we recently made a reservation for the end of this year December 2018/19, where we had a couple of phones calls regarding a specific suite. We had confirmation, and was told no deposit was required, and we had an email confirming the room time and date. we then had a call out of the blue several days later from someone with what seems like an eastern European accent, telling us that we had to make a full payment to reserve the room as they could not gaurantee it. I was very skeptical and, wrote ... Read more

Stayed in a one bedroom suite looking out on Leicester Square. The suite was more like a flat rather than a room and absolutely stunning. You can also take breakfast outside and take in the Square and for central London attractions it simply doesn't get much better. It's great - give it a try.

Stayed here in Room 517 earlier this week and had an excellent few days.Rooms overlooking the Square are the best [such as Room 517], the staff were extremely efficient, the bedrooms are of a reasonable size, and everything was clean and up to date [free wifi that actually worked!]. Normally I would not comment on breakfast because don't see that as a reason to stay in a hotel but I must say the breakfast here was outstanding-so just try it one morning and be pleasantly surprised [or book a room... The hotelā??s location is absolutely brilliant. Ideally central for most tourist destinations. Not the cheapest hotel by any means. When we booked, breakfast was not included so we made use of the local cafes. Prices certainly rocket in London for the new year period. Our room was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room were most welcome. The public areas are fairly small but adequate. We enjoyed our stay and would most likely use the hotel again.

We stayed for just one night (wish it had been more) and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite. The room was surprisingly large with a very comfortable sofa, the bed was superbly comfortable, fruit on the coffee table, coffee maker and a nice welcoming card. The bathroom was spacious with the added benefit of a walk-in deluge shower as well as the over bath shower. The room and facilities (ironing board, gowns and slippers, etc.) were all of the sort of standard you'd expect from... Read more

Highly recomendable, great location, carpets in dire need of a thorough cleaning. In general, excellent stay. Food offering a bit boring, much better Mexican food in vicinity. Strange bar rules where you cannot order certain drinks in certain area.

This was a two night stay to belatedly celebrate a significant birthday for my wife. The staff were delightful from the moment of arrival. Check in was permitted 90mins before the official time, complimentary bubbly was gratefully received during the check in process. When the staff discovered that this was a birthday treat, complimentary breakfasts for both mornings were granted, and later that afternoon we discovered a bottle of fizz and a birthday balloon in our room. The staff here definitel... Read more
