This is a nice hotel which is up to the standard you would expect for a double tree Hilton. We had room service which was a fair price and very nice. It arrived quite quick also. Room was nice. There is a pool etc but we didn't go. Only negative was that we booked with a hotel voucher and I wasn't able to use my Hilton Hhonours loyalty card.

Great value with the Hilton winter sale bed, breakfast and dinner rates. Spacious clean quiet room, comfortable bed, bright bathroom. Friendly helpful staff, very easy access off M5. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, steer clear of the sofa beds! My daughter loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool very clean, location easy to find. Parking free with Hilton honours.

Couldn't find room in Bristol ctr and book DT North. Easy to find near M5. Check-in slow and staff didn't pay attention. We booked a Twin Bed on the 1st floor. No lift carried two big bags to walk for a long distance to room. Opened door and found out that is a double bed. Front desk changed another room and told us to leave luggage in the room and will deliver them to our new rooms, eventually half an hour later we didn't see our bags, called front desk and replied the bags is on the way. After... Read more

If you want a clean quality hotel and will be travelling on or are visiting any business in Aztec West this is worth trying. Very convenient for the motorway yet quiet. Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious.

I have used this property on a fairly regular basis over the years both for meetings and to catch up with friends - inevitably, we end up in the bar and restaurant and have stayed several times. I think however, my latest visit will be my last as frankly this reasonably pleasant but functional hotel has discovered West End of London prices and thinks for some reason that customers in Bristol, just off the M5 will pay them willingly. On this my last visit, two cups (not even pots) of tea and two... Read more

Sunday night visit on a great value inclusive winter offer. Reception staff efficient and helpful, room spacious and bed very comfortable. Dinner was excellent with very tasty Braised Beef and Hake with Prawn Risotto. Restaurant service at both dinner and breakfast was fine and friendly.

A group of four of us booked a full price afternoon tea. We questioned the parking at reception and was told it was complimentary and had to enter details in a machine. When I put my registration number it didn't seem to work so with the receptionist assistance it was entered again (unconvinced it would work) I was told it would be ok. We were then told we were to have the afternoon tea in the bar area, at this point we were the only group there. We waited a long time before a staff member came ... Read more

We booked 2 rooms through booking.com and stated we wanted to take our 2 pet dogs with us, both small breeds. We paid, or at least we understood we'd paid, in full before we arrived at the hotel... upon arrival we were instructed by a very rude receptionist that we had to pay a further £35 per night, per dog - so that would have been an extra £140 for a weekend in an average hotel in Bristol. After making a (suitable) scene at reception, we were told it would be £35 per dog per stay (still ... Read more
