Very noisy at one point sounded like a karaoke next door but the bed was comfortable and slept well but shower was rubbish. Not enough tea, coffee and no biscuits. I paid £78.00 which i thought included breakfast so was a charge of a extra £8.00. Breakfast was very disapointing continental breakfast was ok hot breakfast was not hot scrambled egg was sloppy hash browns were burnt and cold the bacon was watery and bad quality so was not very enjoyable

A good thing about Ibis is you know what you??re going to get. A usually OK-sized room, predictable layout, comfortable bed, no tomatoes at breakfast (why??), and an informally relaxed atmosphere. Ibis Bristol Centre is extremely well situated near Millennium Square amongst a whole host of bars and restaurants, and an easy walk from the historic old town docks area, St Nicholas Markets, and Cabot Circus shopping mall. Car parking is available at either of two car parks in the immediate area, an... Read more

That??s right. You get a great view of the multi story out of many of the rooms. Look right in there. It??s a bit grim even if the staff are friendly and lobby is modern. The toilets rooms are ready made plastic pods with plastic floors and finishes so it feels like a static caravan.

Stayed for one night at the weekend. Convenient location, car park nearby where hotel guests get discount. Very clean room. Mattress on the bed was very hard. Was a twin room so maybe this is why? Choice of cooked or continental breakfast for an extra charge. Helpful staff. Would stay again if they changed the mattresses.

Good place to put your head down but ask for a room that doesn??t face the square or pub as the noise may keep you up. Basic room and nice breakfast that has a good selection. If you??re not fussy, stay here. If you want quality, go elsewhere.

It's a very good informal experience that Ibis have created. The reception area has a very modern feel and I liked the check-in process where the reception staff are no longer sat behind a desk. It's a genius idea when you think if it. It removes that physical barrier and makes things much more welcoming. The main issue was the noise. I can usually get to sleep anywhere, but there was no sound proofing in the room I was in (147) , so it was like I was in the Cuban bar next door. This was a Th... Read more

I travel around playing Backgammon and being in a wheelchair it can be very stressful when the facilities and staff, room, bathroom, etc. are not as accessible as they should be....but the IBIS Bristol Centre has really got it right!! If any other hotel wants to see what a real Wheelchair Accessible bathroom should be like then they need look no further than my room at the IBIS. What a pleasant surprise to find a room and bathroom that was truly thought about in all of the right ways for disable... Read more

The Ibis Harbourside was *almost* perfect. Handy position, lovely staff, good food, clean, quick response to complaints, and good value for money??I could go on. I'd like to give it five out of five, but the uncarpeted floors, bathroom doors that need a hard push to close fully, and metal chair legs means a stay at the Ibis can be incredibly noisy. Carpeting, and improved door closures would help improve the soundproofing. The breakfasts were good and great value for money, but some of the cutl... Read more

Booked to stay in. The IBIS hotel Bristol centre for one night. Allocated room 245. Before we left the room we suspected that there might be a problem later on with the noise from the bars situated on the street below. At 6:00pm the noise had already began to become noticeable through the the closed double glazed windows. On our way out we spoke with the reception manager and made him aware of our issue with the noise. We were assured by the male reception manager that the noise would quieten do... Read more
