I don‚??t usually leave negative comments as most places I have stayed are pretty good. I‚??m not saying this was terrible but it definitely needs updating. The room could have been cleaner - bedding etc fine however was not impressed with the bathroom which had stains in and around the bath. Communal rooms carpets looked dirty and I personally wouldn‚??t walk bare foot around our room. If I wasn‚??t with National holidays and got it cheap I would definitely have complained. Personally for m... Read more

I book the hotel and it was £200 for two nights. Look really lovely on the Internet. From the minute we turned up . The teams uniform was so unclean and the team were not interested in the customers or there jobs. There was rubbish all over the reception floor. I'm not going to go on, but it went from bad to worse. Please please do not stay here ever it will destroy your break and you will be so upset with the way the staff are along with the cleanliness of this Hotel.

My friend and I stayed for one night, mid-week, in September when all the school kids were on holiday. When booking on line I found it surprisingly cheap and wondered why. After visiting there I now know why! It was very exciting to step off the metro opposite this fantastic-looking hotel that looked like a castle a with a swimming pool so we happily crossed the road and entered inside. Immediately we were faced with a queue of visitors and their children of different nationalities. I decid... Read more

This hotel is absolutely disgusting I have never been to anywhere so filthy in all my life and the staff that we met don't have a clue about customer service, avoid at all cost My partner and I after checking in and going to out so called room quickly turned around out the room and went to reception and checked out and managed to get in to a guest home in lytham. we spoke to the manager who said we would get a full refund and all we had to do is contact the company we booked through and he would... We decided to book a last minute trip and found this hotel. We arrived at 9pm and went to our room, as soon as we opened the door there was a smell of urine. The room was dusty and the bathroom smelt even worse. Bed was clean but that was about it. We went for a few drinks downstairs and the barmaid didn‚??t serve us with the correct drinks. Beer was flat and glasses were dirty. We ended up getting a take away to try and mask the smell of the room. View was of the sea and a pond of rubbish. Who... Read more

I will start with the good stuff the staff were friendly and helpful, however the hotel needs freshening up a bit my room was adequate clean bathroom but the bed wasn‚??t comfortable and was too small for my 6-2 frame. They need to do something about the wind whistling through the windows (that although shut!) woke me up each morning. The food was was ok despite being busy. A few more bar staff wouldn‚??t go a miss! But I had a good weekend.

From the pit of gruel, this has to be the WORST hotel in the world, I have experienced for 84 pound including breakfast. Well let me start with the car park. I nearly lost the car into a deep hole in the car park as the right front axle sunk as i didnt see what was coming. There where no spaces for the size of the hotel to park. Once i managed to find a place to park, we got out of the car after 320 mile journey, to be greated toa crime scene wherw the steps where only accessible from one side.... Read more

Difficult to put into words what a wonderful time my friends and I have had at the Norbreck Castle. The warm welcome, the seamless checkin, the on point decor and warm cosy feeling you get in entrance. I for one was very impressed with my double sea view room with the added bonus of the gaps in the windows which almost made the outside seem as though it was in your room. The water feature in the bathroom has to be mentioned as who doesn‚??t like a drip coming through the ceiling whilst brushing... Read more

This has to be the WORST hotel/ venue I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It was so dirty. There was sick up the walls near the main room. You couldn‚??t see through the glass on any of the windows due to hand prints. Nothing I can say will ever describe how bad it was.
