I booked a night's stay here through booking.com. They double booked us and the staff member on reception could not have cared less. He implied it was our problem as it was not booked directly through their website. This was clearly the hotel's fault, not ours. Only on prompting did he look up alternative hotels and said there were rooms available elsewhere at double the price. No clear apology and no alternative offer, nothing. We luckily found another hotel within walking distance ourselves. D... Read more

A good hotel with central location in Belfast, close to the most of things. Nice staff. There was som dust in the room, and it could be a litte better with a single shower than a bathtub, but it was ok.

First ever stay at the Travelodge Belfast Central I am very familiar with the brand and a frequent user across the whole of the UK. Welcome - receptionist was very pleasant and promptly checked me in provided invoice upfront and information as needed - Great ... the room - stayed in room 215 - overlooking the staff delivery bay for TESCO ! This means that @5 am , it's all systems go downstairs and no one gives a tuut whether or not you need your sleep ... The room was like a freezer and the ... Read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to other places of interest such as the Crown and Robinsons pubs, plus the Europa hotel and city hall. We had to ask for a hairdryer but it was delivered to the room quite quickly. No breakfast was included in the £83 price for a twin room. No view to speak of but relatively quiet in terms of outside noise. Walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours conversations even though they were speaking quite quietly.

I stayed for 2 nights here and it was what you would expect for a Travelodge. The beds where comfy and the staff were lovely. The only downside is that there is construction going on which we were not aware of so the noise in the morning was so loud that we had to close the windows but then that made her room really hot and also you have to return your key whenever you leave the building and as we kept coming in and out I felt that I was bothering the staff so I wish I could have just kept my ke... Staying for one night as part of a long weekend. I‚??ve stayed in a lot of travelodges and this was particularly poor quality. Mushroom growing in bathroom! I understand that these things happen but it was quite obvious and somehow wasn‚??t noticed... perhaps cleaning wasn‚??t thorough. Water accumulated on bathroom floor- we had to mop it up. Room was badly painted in two different colours - it looked very messy where the colours met. Careless decorating. The lighting was poor and unnatu... Read more

Perfect for a one night stay in Belfast. Great location and facilities more than adequate for a quick one night stay. Everything as expected, staff were very helpful although with no issues our contact with staff was minimal. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Belfast,=.

We stayed here for one night and I can‚??t fault the hotel. It‚??s situated in the heart of the city and everything is within walking distance, the rooms were clean and tidy, the only thing that annoyed us was the shower/toilet layout in the fact that the floor got soaked every time we used the shower due to how the shower is designed. Will use the hotel again in the future. Only other issue if you have a car you need to be up by 8am as that‚??s when you will need to get a ticket as all the par... Read more

Found it hard to find, but enjoyed a great 3 night stay here. Very central for exploring Belfast. Our room was on the second floor at the back, so was very quiet apart from the bin man at 6/7 a.m each day. Our room was big and very clean with lovely bed and bedding and fluffy towels. Staff let us in early to our room, which gave us more time to explore this great city. Very friendly on reception, we checked out on our last morning and left our luggage until we were ready to go back to the airpor... Read more

I stayed here my first few nights on my first solo trip overseas. It was clean and the staff were the best! I was very lost but they were happy to help me find my way around with making me feel like an idiot. I have nothing but the best to say about their staff and hotel.
