My husband and I recently stayed at the zabeel Saray , The staff were some of the best we have met during our many trips around the world and whilst this hotel is exceptionally elegant, grand and opulent, superbly finished with all the facilities you would dream of including a private cinema, it was the staff that truly made our stay such a memorable one,I would like to say thank you to specially CHARITH from private dining been professional and so kind with us willing to help It seems that Jume... From the entrance you are welcomed by some supercars. A very nice fountain and One thousand and one nights decor will do to impress. Very opulent decorated, beautiful flowers in the lobby, friendly staff. We didn't stay over night, but very nice pool area, very comfortable beds at the pool and on the beach. Great thick towels. Water on the ice complementary and after noon lemon ice lolly. Nice ambient music not too loud. I consider to stay in this hotel next time.

My family of 4 stayed at the Zabeel for 10 nights in September. We were tossing up between staying at the Atlantis or the Zabeel and ultimately chose the Zabeel because it was smaller and we hoped that it would feel more intimate. Wow we really made the right choice. The Zabeel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were wonderful, the hotel grounds immaculate and the food sensational. We stayed half board which included breakfast and dinner everyday and we were spoilt for choice. We stayed in a doub... Read more

We stayed en route to the Seychelles here for 4 nights. After a strange start in which the first room we were taken to had someone asleep in bed, the next room had sprung a huge leak in the bathroom, the manager voluntarily upgrade us to an Arabian suite which was gorgeous. The hotel is located on the Palm, quite far out but can easily get in a taxi etc. It is a large clean and very attractive hotel with private beach. You are offered ice bags with water in on the beach which also make excellent... Read more

We simply loved the property with huge rooms, clean beach, super hospitality. One of the best property to stay. The spa takes the cake. One of the best spa we have experienced in the world. The buffet spread was excellent. They also have variety of Resturant. The Irish Icecream Cart is not to miss. The icecream guy is excellent with his tricks with kids. They just enjoyed.

This is probably one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. It is immaculate and the service is first class. Cleanliness is important for me when staying at a hotel and this is covered really well by the staff at Zabeel. The breakfast was really nice. Lots of options and again the service was fantastic. Only downside is that it is at the far end of the palm so you have to spend on taxis.

We stayed in the sumptuous sixth floor imperial suite, a magnificent room with an equally magnificent vista. Room service was anonymous yet highly effective. Those who put in the effort and work to ensure that your room is kept immaculate, are to be congratulated. Rarely seen, they are there and they make an enormous contribution to the quality of your stay. I would like to give a special mention to Peter in the the restaurant Voi. For some people in the service industry, it is a job, a behav... Read more

My partner and I stayed here for two nights before we boarded a cruise ship . Well this it at the top end of a luxury hotel, the place was like a palace. Very opulent very luxurious very relaxing . On arrival we weren't expecting our room to be available until later in the day as our flight arrived in the early morning, but within 30 minutes of arriving tired and washed out from our delayed flight our room was ready . It was heaven , very large with two large double beds , a lounge area , a ver... Read more

Stayed in the Zabeel Saray for the first time during the last week in January and had a brilliant time! The place is amazing, decor second to none and the staff we're all very helpful and welcoming. I had my doubts whether taking a 10month baby to Dubai was a good idea but we we're more than catered for by the hotel, with a baby seat on hand for any taxi rides and really helpful staff who were always trying to help entertain my daughter wherever we went! We also attended the premier of the new F... Read more

I would never recommend that anyone stay on the Palm during the winter months particularly the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. We had a storm today 3/2/2017 with high seas and the only road access to the Palm via the tunnel was closed due to damage caused by the high seas. We travelled to Dubai via the bus shuttle service at midday. We waited 45 mins at 4.45 pm for the shuttle bus to return to the hotel and phoned the Hotel seeking guidance on how we could get back to our hotel. We were informed that the... Read more
