Decent space and very accommodating . Staff was great and very helpful. Our tv happened to go out they switched our room right away to keep my daughter at peace !!!! 2 pools upstairs along with a jacuzzi. Nice views. Minor issue is they could use some new beds .

Nicely kept, clean and well maintained resort with two pools, one for adults and one for families. The condos are well equipped and nicely laid out. The views are breathtaking. Just gorgeous. It's nice and quiet.

The hotel is not on the beach and no where near Grace Bay. This is why it is not for us. The walk to the beach...we should have known we would dislike. was not the nicest beach. The snorkeling from the beach was really good though and it is close to Turtle Cove. Restaurants nearby were great and we were glad to see another part of the island, but for the price...I would spend an extra $100 a night to be right on Grace Bay. There are two pools...they were freezing. The hot tub was s... Read more

There is no elevator or lift so if you have luggage you need to trudge up several flights of stairs. We rented a 1bdrm in Building 4 Unit 102 - so only one flight up the stairs. To reach the pool is a few more flights up. The pool is definitely NOT heated. There is one pool and one hottub. I see in some reviews that people suggested there was 2 pools and 2 hot tubs: not true. When we arrived, the owner arranged for Colleen to meet us and open our room, which was stifling hot and smelled of... Read more

Found this great find on Airbnb, this is Actually the private condo side, but I couldn't find to put under the correct name. Anyway, Christian #205, has great studio with all the amenities you need when visiting here, perfect view and distance. Totally recommend. Sshhh, it's even enough space for budget Travelers during the High season for up to 4..ijs.

Safe area. Short walk to the beach and Smith's reef snorkeling. Restaurant on site (I didn't eat out however). Other well regarded restaurants, dive shop, IGA food market, and vehicle rental place reasonably close by. Reasonably priced compared to other offerings in town. Practically brand new. Pool kept warm year round. Free phone calls to the US via Magic Jack in the lobby. Everyone super nice and helpful. Down side: Down town shopping and most beach hotels are together, a few miles ... We chose this resort as it is close to Turtle Cove Marina where we were due to join the Aggressor liveaboard. We were met on arrival and shown to our room which was at the top of the resort. We were offered a lift in a car to the room which I highly recommend accepting as we didn't. We had to climb several flights of steps carrying 50kgs of luggage! Our room was very spacious with a kitchen area, large bed and settee. Patio doors opened out directly onto the pool and there was a beautiful vie... Read more

Not the same all-inclusive feel as other resorts on Provo and a short walk to the beach, but an ideal location to base yourself near the restaurants to Turtle Cove and the Smith Reef for excellent snorkelling. The rooms are clean and modern, the pool area is a pleasant area to catch the sun and unwind. And a hot tub in case you want to look out over the sea. Worth a stay!

No lift but lots of stairs....had to fight to get help with bags as no bell shop and only one bar open - out of season but need a car and not somewhere that suits a lone traveller especially a woman....rooms are OK with all mod cons but has no soul and lacks charm

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this well equipped suite with amazing views, a 5 minute walk to Turtle Cove. The suite was spacious, clean and extremely quiet. We found a couple of minor niggles but overall felt the suite was fully equipped. A car is definitely needed if you are wanting to explore the island. Our favourites were Chalk Sound and Sapadillo Bay. We hadn't realised we were visiting Provo in their 'closed' season and was disappointed so many of the popular restaurants ie Co... Read more
