First time cave hotel, we reached nearly midnight, and they had immediately allocated the room which was clean and comfortable, slight warm water was available to take shower. Room was quite big comfortable and had oil heater. Morning breakfast at 2nd floor, typical Turkish I guess which was included in room rent. The owner made us comfortable as we are vegetarian to provide any special requirement. He also had various program which he can organize. He also gave us a room in the evening to refre... Read more

At the entrance you are welcomed by a "non smoking" sign that becomes a joke when you walk into the office and the two people that are supposed to be helping are smoking there, making it really hard to breath in that small room. The rooms are dirtier than other cave hotels, and in case anyone thinks I am just making this up, I took photos of the extremely moldy shower and a spring that comes out of the old mattress and cut my friends leg. Mind you, mold and bad mattress were not the worse part,... Read more

The rooms have lots of dust, and I understand that is inside the cave. But we were breathing dust all the time and I have heard that the rest of hotels which are in caves too don't have so much dust. So, if you are allergic to dust or have any health condition I don't recommend this hotel. I got a cold after my stayed because of the dust. Although in Turkey food is amazing wherever you go, it was not the case here. Breakfast was not so good as other hotels that I stayed. However, the son of the ... Read more

It was an amaizing places to stay, so comfortable, clean, wide, people help us to much, and if you want to stay in a place very close to center this is the perfect place. i was there for 4 days, the manager helped us with all the information, the breakfast is normal turkey breakfast.

The place could be amazing, and has a lot of potential but it's mediocre in the way it's managed. Building itself (if you don't mind sleeping with tons of dust flying - which did not happened in other cave hotels in the same area) is ok, the breakfast is ridiculously bad (what do you expect when the person in charged is a teenage boy that doesn't seem to have the training to cook). I have visited this area about 10 times and this is by far the worse of all cave hotels I have stayed. My buddy an... Read more

I have stayed at the hotel with my family (two kids and wife). Initially we booked for a day then due to attractive historical city we extended one more day. Hotel is great family operated hotel. Manager Oruc bey was great and helpful, gave us valuable information about city and available tours. We have had great experience by staying here in cave. I will stay there in case we book again. Thanks.

We stayed for 3 nights in the quadruple cave room on the main floor of the hotel. It was cozy and picturesque, and we slept very well - the mattresses and pillows were wonderful. The owner and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable, arranging an amazing balloon ride for us and giving us advice on where else we should tour in the area, without being pushy. I've seen some reviews say the wifi was poor, but that was not our experience. We had excellent wifi in the room and upstairs on the terr... Read more

We enjoyed our stay here - particularly the character and design of the room, comfortable bed and pretty outdoor space. The staff was very kind and hard-working, though English was limited should you want more in-depth information. Breakfast was only okay. Missing some basic elements: no yogurt, no toaster and only Nescafe, which is a heinous way to start the day for a coffee drinker. I liked that the hotel did not push any tours and respected our desire to do independent hiking. We did boo... Read more

Oruc Bey and his son Serdar have been extremely helpful during our stay in Caravanserai. In 3 minutes walk to the center. Worths the money you pay. The only thing is that there is humid in the rooms. But this is what you will get If you want to experience a cave house. Highly recommended.
