I cant say anything wrong about this hotel. As it is right on the railay beach - it gets a bit busy, crowded and noisy with all the boats - it is a perfect for the short stay but definately not for 2 weeks of stay. When we arrived we were welcomed with chilly drinks and wet towels. The rooms were as advertised as well as outside area. The breakfast was very nice. The food from their restaurant was not that expensive and very tasty - we also enjoyed the sea view from restaurant. The location is g... Read more

Stayed in the deluxe room with pool view. Rooms are very spacious, the bathroom also has lots of room. The beach gets very busy with long tail boats and tourists coming in for day trips. The beach didn't seem as relaxing bc of all the people. The hotel pool well maintained and very relaxing. It's centrally located close to walking paths with nearby restaurants and shops. The included buffet breakfast is okay... nothing spectacular. The hotel restaurant is subpar, can't compare island food to ... Read more

Of the places to stay in Railay, this looked like one of the better options in terms of location when we walked around the area. It was fine, but certainly wasn't worth the price we paid. In fact, I was really quite disappointed. The food was mediocre and the room felt quite worn. The staff were kind, though.

Railay Village is a great place to stay to explore amazing Krabi. You can't beat the location, right on West Railay Beach which is incredibly beautiful. We stayed in a jacuzzi villa and were steps away from the beach. Both pools are very nice and the jungle landscape through the resort was beautiful. The resort has kayaks to rent and you should use them to visit the surrounding beaches and to explore the area in a tranquil way. There were a few things that the resort could address but this m... Located on the busy Railay Beach but still gives its visitors a sense of tranquility and peace. The views from the windows and balconies are stunning and there is a lot of trees and flowers around. The staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and well equipped with tea and coffee amenities available. The food is ok, however, vegetarian options are very limited. The hotel can arrange an airport pickup which was very professional and reliable. There are many local bars in the proximity.

Railay Village Resort & Spa October 29 to November 3, 2016 when staying here do yourself a favor and arrive / depart first class. Make arrangements to take the Hotel Long-tail Boat to the East Railay Pier, where a bellman will meet you to take you this restort, it‚??s a short walk , -10 minutes - you will enjoy it. Don‚??t take a long-tail boat and arrive at the West Railay Beach, where you have to jump in the water and walk on shore, transferring your bags is a hassle too, I have seen it ... Read more

Railay beach is a busy place, lots of long tail boats coming in and out all day. The scenery is spectacular and the beach is good despite all the people and boats. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance, which is a big plus, although there is a similararity to most of the food. Plenty of fresh juices, Thai food and a good wood fired pizza place down the path between west and east railay. The resort is up to standard, the lagoon pool is great to hang out at. They don't have ... Read more

Location good with easy access to beach which can get busy with day trippers so good to have choice of 2x well maintained pools to alternate with beach. Room very spacious and great to have spa bath and great views of own garden, pool and limestone kaarst in the distance. Attention to detail from housekeeping staff light on with requests needed for replacement toiletries, tea, coffee etc. However staff very cheerful and keen to help when requested

The hotel is far from the level of comfort I am used. The sheets and the bed are not good. Service is just regular. SPA is closed. Reception is not organized. The breakfast is just OK and we did not like the set menu dinner

Very popular beach , unique landscape .. maybe a little too popular ! A nice large beach with a healthy sized crowd . You won't get that peaceful beach vibe with the mass crowds and the endless noise of long tail boats dropping more people off but the scenery is quite spectacular , worth a visit but I wouldn't stay for any longer then a half day here . Plenty of beaches nearby that offer the same type of scenery , less amendities but much more peacefulness
