Fantastic hotel, great service and a stunning view on the sea like I have always dreamed of. From the PhiPhi pier a long tail boat is available for you to bring you to the resort(200 THB per person one way). We stayed in the resort but there is a road behind the resort which allows you to reach other part of the island unless you prefer the boat. In the morning and the late evening the change of the sea level shows you what it is hidden under the sea. A tractor is provided by the hotel to get to... Read more

Lovely hotel - when we arrived we were automatically upgrade as we were staying for 6 nights. Staff were really accommodating and we were driven round in golf buggies Behind the hotel is a little village where we ate every night as it was really cheap. I couldn't recommend Moti's tours enough who will take you to Maya bay. His shop is behind the hotel.

I was worried visiting here firstly when I saw a string of bad reviews but as soon as we pulled into the beach on the hotel front all my worries subsided. This hotel is heaven on Earth. The check in was smooth and we were given delicious cocktail drinks whilst we sat down. Our room was gorgeous and spacious and spotless. The bathroom and very nice and also has a little area to put your suitcases. There is 4 bottles of water given to you every day complimentary (well needed with the heat). The ... Read more

Just returned from staying 7 nights at this resort. Ending our 6 week trip. . Yes the tide does ebb and flow. No big deal nor would it impact your time on this beautiful beach. The resort is immaculate and beautifully laid out. Experienced a flawless welcome and departure. Everything organised for us. Our room top notch and spacious and the most comfy bed. Huge patio balcony. Staff very happy and really appreciate you being their guests. A little thank you and the occasional tip is very welco... Read more

I had read a couple of bad reviews for this hotel so was slightly worried before we arrived - I just can't begin to imagine how anyone can have anything negative to say about this island hotel. I have been lucky enough to have travelled to lots of places and stayed at some amazing hotels but this has to be number 1! It is the most scenic, relaxing, piece of heaven on earth you can imagine. If you want luxury and a relaxing time this is the place to stay - worth every penny!

That beautiful beach you see on the pictures disappears during low tide. The place is windy and infested with mosquitoes. The internet could not be slower. Restaurants are expensive and the food is just average. Worst of all, we order spaghetti for our toddler and they served a plate made with rotten meat, I don't mean poor tasting, I mean really rotten. Fortunately I noticed it and prevented her from eating it and probably getting sick. If you are condemned to staying here there is a small vill... Read more

We have been here for two nights now and the best thing about this hotel is the village behind it. We've only eaten breakfast here so far and it was just ok. The location and scenery is good when the tide is high. The service is below par. The don't really have poolside service and a limited choice in beers. The staff are friendly in the fake I have to be for my job type of way. The rooms are cleanish, everything seemed fine until I went to brush my teeth and noticed mold in the edges of the sin... Stayed for 3 nights, lovely welcome off the long tail boat on to the tractor and off the beach and in to reception.. all very efficient. Was then taken by golf buggy to our accommodation... was really nice and modern and clean however not the biggest apartment but good for us. Hotel grounds exactly as in the pictures..absolutely fantastic... food and drinks in hotel are in the pricey side, we ate and drink of an evening in the village behind at various restaurants all were fine and tended to spe... I'll start off with the good: the beach. The beach here was beautiful with crystal clear water and white soft sand that stretched for 100's of meters and remained shallow for almost a kilometer. Now the bad: the service was not the best, no one checked on us or tried to make our stay more comfortable and upon check out we waited nearly an hour to be tended to just so we could get out of there. The food was ok but definitely not great. The rooms were mediocre at best - really pretty basic but at ... Read more

My husband, a friend and I recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful time. The service is impeccable - they paid attention to every little detail. The bungalows were clean, modern and private. The two pools are beautiful and one has a swim up bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There are beanbags and hammocks on the beach - an amazing place to relax and get away from everything. Definitely on the more peaceful side of the island, but you can access the busier port via long ta... Read more
