I loved this hotel. First of all, the front entrance & lobby is beautifully decorated. The rooms on the 3rd floor & higher all have excellent mountain views. The balconies overlook a very quiet side street and are a very relaxing spot to enjoy in the early morning and evenings. The rooms were LARGE and clean. Housekeeping was EXCELLENT. The bathroom showers were VERY BIG and wonderful. The hot water never ended. Breakfast was very nice & the eating area is very pleasant. My favorite part ... Read more

Staff alternate between friendly and indifferent. Close to soi 80 if you are interested in that kind of thing. Cold AC that appeared stuck on 18 degrees. No complaints about housekeeping. You can rent a scooter from the hotel, around 200-250 Baht a day, no paperwork, just don't crash the thing. Like much of Thailand learning English is low on the list of priorities for people that have elected to work in hospitality in a tourist destination, smiling occasionally wouldn't hurt either. I've previously stayed a few times at Citin Loft Pattaya (In a 1br suite) and enjoyed it. Thought I may have a similar experience at the sister hotel in Hua Hin. I was COMPLETELY WRONG. I stayed there for seven nights in a 60 sqm suite room ( I think 731) which presumably was the best room in the house. It proved to be a big let down - for example - only one connection to cover tv, chargers, devices, jug etc etc. Aircon was a roarer which made it just about impossible to sleep in comfort. L... Conveniently located within a short walking distance from the beach and the city center, I initially thought that this hotel was a good value for money. Although a bit old-fashioned and not spotless (the furniture needs to be refreshed...), the room was huge, clean and nice as a whole, with a great balcony and a nice mountain view. I had a quiet night on the comfortable bed and at first, I was happy with what I got. I would easily have given a 3 or 4 rating to that hotel until I checked out and ... Read more

This hotel feels more like at midrange hotel even though I got it at a budget price. Reception area is huge and very nice. Check-in was easy and quick. Elevator worked fine. My room on the 3.floor was bigger than I expected. Bright nice and clean. AC and fridge worked fine. So did the free safe. The kettle worked but was a bit quirky. The kingzise bed was oversize. The biggest one I ever saw. Probably 2meter wide. Very nice, but a bit on the hard side as I personally like my bed medium or s... Read more

Stayed here for the New Years , decent pricing but had a terrible experience. First of all the towels in the room looks like they were decades old, the breakfast was below average. The Wifi in the hotel reminded us of the dial in network, never connects and if it connects it was hardly usable. Anyway book this hotel if you are ok with the price and not looking for any facilities from a decent hotel. ( I even mentioned that I will write a review about the hotel and the receptionist was ok with th... Read more

Clean rooms, spacious with balcony. Breakfast is below average and the kithchen closes after breakfast - which wasnt very convenient as I was there with a small baby. Hotel lobby nice and the pool area is very good as well.

Stayed for 5 nights and it was awful. The bed was so uncomfortable a swear my back will take weeks to recover. The shower barely worked with warm water. The breakfast was so awful one try was enough to put me off for good and the staff are sloppy . You won't be happy staying here I bet !!!

this is a fairly big hotel on the 'wrong' side of the busy main road through Hua Hin; some of the higher rooms could have had seaview, but all rooms are facing west, towards the mountains; nice balcony, unfortunately the ac-driver-unit is there as well, making a ton of noise while you chill out on that balcony ... switch it off. rooms are good size, but not spotless wifi reception can be a bit wobbly breakfast buffet is good, eggs can be made to order; friendly staff there all in all OK then...
