The location of this hotel was a plus for us as we did not want to be in the old city and this was much quieter. It did mean that after a long day of walking around we took a taxi back but that was ok for us. Around the hotel there are a number of little restaurants and food stalls with some bars not far away on the main road. There is a 7/11 right by the hotel and a little walk up the main road takes you to a big Tesco supermarket and food court. If you walk around the back on the way back to t... Read more

Stayed in his hotel with my partner for 3 nights. Hotel is well presented and clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hot drinks offered between 6am-noon and water available 24/7. Free basic mini bar. 20 minute walk to centre. The bed was too firm for my partner but ok for me. The wifi is poor. This hotel is extremely noisy, you can here what sounds like a boiler through the night and can hear anything going off in the corridor outside your room. The cleaners will try and get in your room a... Read more

Clean, cheap, close to city center. Free coffee in the morning, big light rooms. Spent 3 night. Advantages: good rooms ( light, big bath, big bad, big windows, good room service) Cons: no breakfast, slow wifi Good choice for less than 20 dollars

This hotel is perhaps 15 minutes walk from the main area and maybe 20minutes plus walk from the market. I moved from accommodation in the centre to here for a few nights before travelling on to Laos. It's a good sized modern hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are large and bathroom is a great size and fresh. There was some building / moving work going on in one of the rooms or floors nearby early in the morning which wasn't great and you must remember to put the 'do not disturb' sign on the ... Read more

I traveled by car and enjoyed the free car park. Leisure are close to the hotel but far enough to have a quiet sleep. They do not allow to bring durian to your room. Those enjoying this lovely fruit can experience the same as a compulsive smoker in a non-smoking hotel. I already quit smoking but will not stop eating durian :)

It was okay. Room was still dirty when we arrived with a handprint clearly across the mirror in the room with a dead bug (obviously someone killed a bug on the mirror and the cleaning staff didn't clean it) we didn't really get new sheets they just made up the bed. We were here 14 nights and for the money it was just okay, found some guest houses that were better. Also, tuk tuks add up since it is about 100-150 baht to get to the night bazar and town. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, free ... Read more

We were delighted with the newly built and maintenance of the property. Very good services received from the front staff. Free minibar,wi-fi and a lot of parking space. However, it is a little bit far from a main road, which will not suitable for traveller do not have a car

We stayed here for a one night stay prior to a very early flight out of Chiangmai. We were frankly not expecting much as the rates were so low but were very positively surprised by comfort, location and service if this hotel. A large standard hotel such as this may not be my choice for a long stay but for a good value one night stop it could not be faulted.

Stayed here one night because the place we wanted to stay was booked. A bit north of the moat, room was clean and spacious. Although it kinda felt like we were in a hospital/clinic type setting. Wifi was not the best, but all of the needs were met. 7-Eleven at the end of the block, liquor store beside the 7-Eleven, small mom and pop street food spot across the street with killer rice noodle soup with beef! Not too far of a walk to the city center, but definitely a hike. Not much around the hotel... Read more
