My colleague and I stayed here last week for 3 nights on a work trip. The staff very friendly and everything was well organised. We had a large room although it was very old it was clean and suited our needs. Buffet breakfast was included there was a reasonably good selection with fresh fruit and toast and jam as well as the usual Thai foods.

I highly recommend this hotel ! It is very clean, (daily clean service), the breakfast is cheap (pay 2 euros and its unlimited, the staff are very helpful (especially concerning tour for elephant and so one), the location is near to the night market so very pleasant for a night walk and it is cheap. If you need a cheap but sufficient hotel for one night this hotel is what you're looking for. Near the old city and with a free parking a good choice. Only 10 minutes walking time to the Thapae Gate. The room spacious but a bit old fashioned and the safe didn't work. But that didn't bother us much considering the price.

Location is pretty good. About 15minute walk to the main walking streets of Chiang Mai. Reception staff aren't that good at English so quite difficult when you need their help. Tour booking lady at fromt of hotel is very helpful and friendly. She helped us book an amazing elephant day care and also an early morning taxi to the airport. The hotel is very spacious but in need of renovation. They look nothing like the pictures shown. Very dark in the room and lobby areas. Wifi is average at... Read more

This hotel is just about 5-7 min walk from Tha Pae Gate, which is the main entrance to the Old City. The fixtures and furnitures were kind of old and dated, even the carpet but they pretty much make it up in space. We booked 2 connecting rooms with twin beds. Very big rooms. They make up the room daily if you request it. I hope they change the lighting especially in the public areas which can be dark during the day. Breakfast buffet is alright, nothing fancy. We booked this hotel thru Agoda for ... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Nothing much to comment as it's a budget serviced hotel.Breakfast choice is limited and staff are not friendly, they don't seem to be happy everyday. Room are spacious but old, but this is what you expect for the price you pay. Quite a distance to shopping mall and nite market, you need to take song thaew which cost 20baht per person.

Our rooms are spacious and with the view of sunrise in the balcony. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and keen to our needs. The location is okay if you want to be away from the busy streets. Better to take a tuktuk if you want to go to the night market but is okay to walk going to the Tha Phae Gate. You can also arrange your tours just near the entrance, approach Boo and she will give you the best rates. The airport pick up and drop off service is very convenient. Breakfast is okay but... Spent three nights here after an overnight stay at Chiangrai. It serves its purpose as a basic place to rest at an extremely affordable price. The room is generous in size but a bit too dark for my liking. The location is somewhat neither here nor there. It's not near to the city centre where the night bazaar is. It's too far and would.take too long to walk. But there's the ubiquitous 7-11 about 100m walk away from.the hotel - a real life saver for tourists! 50m away was a nice, affordable Japa... Read more

The room are very disgusting, we booked a double room and we got a twin room with two single beds. Hotel is very dirty/run down and the personal wasn't helpful at all. Do not stay here. We tried to get a double room and we were told that every double rooms was booked. I don't get since we booked 2 months earlier.

I'm genuinely surprised at some of the negative comments for this hotel! I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Big, modern hotel with quite a posh feel about it. The location is fine also. I don't see a 10 minute walk to the square to be a bad location? Stayed for 7 nights. Room was cleaned everyday day without fail, fresh sheets, fresh towels, soaps, water etc. Room was spacious and very tidy. For £12 a night as well it is seriously cheap for a hotel as nice as this. Pool was nic... Read more
