Good location near night market and food courts. Room size was adequate. Room condition was average as the hotel is a bit old. The corridor to the rooms were poorly lit. Amenities was lacking; no slippers, lotion or bathrobes. Tv channel was 95% in Thai language with even International channels were dubbed to Thai with no subtitle. Food choice during breakfast was limited especially for muslims. However, kudos for labelling the food clearly if it contains meat or fish. Staff was friendly and att... Read more

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were impressed with the size of our room/suite. There was a business desk, sitting room with TV and in another room a gigantic king-sized bed as well as another television and another smaller writing desk. A lovely bookcase with soft lighting was a nice decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the outdoor restaurant and were treated to some music played by a jazz trio. It was less than a 5-minute walk to the Night Street Market. I had a ... Read more

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to all attractions. The staff was very helpful and helped me book a couple of tours. The rooms had a lot of space and the bathrooms were spacious. I highly recommend.

Positives: most of the staff seem to be very customer focussed and make you feel valued. The location is good if you want to be reasonably close to the old town. The New Years Eve party was fantastic. The performers were enthusiastic and we had a great night and met new friends. Negatives: this hotel is well overdue some significant investment. The carpet in the main bar is threadbare and stained. The bar staff stay behind the counter and donâ??t come to you: you have to go to the bar to order ... Read more

Where to begin. We had originally booked three nights in this hotel but only stayed one. It's listed as 4 star but is closer to 2. The lobby is nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about this hotel. We went to our room and noticed a disgustingly stained carpet in the hall that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Our window was broken; it was open and we were unable to shut it. I went down and told the hotel we couldn't close the window. At first they told me this was i... Read more

Just finished a really tough bike tour of the Mae Hong Son hills and checked in to this sorry establishment. Check in was a joke with Chinese guests jumping in front of me and the staff SO not engaged. Management need to train front office staff on how to check guests in properly. Get up to the room desperate for a shower after riding for over 5 hours in the rain. Shower had mould on the tiles and the bathroom was a living fungus party. Had to clean and pack my bike bag and used one of the h... Read more

Stayed for 8 nights in junior suite on 15th floor. Great room. We appreciated the extra living space. Nice and quiet floor. Disappointed with breakfast. Hot food was cold and variety lacking from day to day. Had to go across road for coffee as no proper coffee machine. Not up to normal Thai standard for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Wifi works well. Despite breakfast we would return.

Lovely motel with friendly staff. Great location only a short walk from night markets and next door to Muai Thai boxing ring. Heaps of massage places, bars and food vendors nearby. Free water and breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Happy guests

My stay at the hotel was at the start and end of my tour in Chaing Mai. As such I arrived late so was hoping for a peaceful sleep. Unfortunately this was not the case. Whether it is due to the location of bars around the hotel, it was very noisy. I would expect the rooms to be sound proof. Also there was a lack on power sockets in the room (only one) which made charging items a challenge.

We stayed 3 friends for 2 nights- before and after a trip to the north. On the first night we were on the 13 floor with a large room beautifully refurbished on the second night we were on th 11 floor room 1106 and it needed refurbishing. On the first night the safe in the room didn't work and the staff couldn't fix it. The breakfast was very good. The lobby was beautiful. Good Wi-Fi. The location to the night market was great!
