We really loved our stay here. It was small hotel, where all the rooms are placed around a wonderful, lush garden and small swimming pool.It had a very personal feel. Our room was on the upper level it had a spacious feel as the ceiling was very high. The bathroom was huge and so was the bed with the mosquito net. Everything was very clean. I loved our wooden balcony with the hammock and table and chairs. Breakfast was a little sparse and could be improved. Staff were friendly. The hotel is ju... Read more

Have just spent 12 nights at this hotel and found it provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Clean, friendly, and charming. Staff were helpful and always smiling. The hotel itself is quirky, offering basic accommodation, which is clean and well maintained. The communal pool/garden area is a place to relax and enjoy the sun. Breakfast consists of fruit, yoghurt and toast, which did become a little tedious after a couple of days but could not be faulted. Would be nice to ha... Read more

We stayed at the ginger lily on January 31 2017. After we checked in I went to shave and there was no water to my room. I checked with the front desk and was advised a plumber was doing some repair work and had turned off the water. It would be turned on shortly and this was a temporary problem. The water was working when we went to bed. At about 5 in the morning I woke up with an extremely dry mouth and throat. I went to get a glass of water but there was no water to our room. I went to... This is a modest tel across from reduit beach. That layout is quite charming, but the facilities an infrastructure need a lot of work, as do the staff in customer relations. The plumbing was a disaster for us, with sporadic water pressure and temperature, but the killer was that the water was turned off for periods of time, or simply wasn't working. Staff were non-responsive to our concerns, not even providing answers or explanations. turns out the owner are off on holiday and there is no mana... Read more

I love this place, the atmosphere was *homey*. Which is exactly what I was looking for. I love the fact that the front desk staff helped out in other areas. The ladies were very helpful, casual professional work wear. The complimentary breakfast was okay but could have a bit more options for the health conscious. The room attendant Lorena (Not sure of the spelling) was very accommodating. She would give us time to get ready and leave so she could clean. As a travelling business woman, I n... Read more

Had a wonderful stay here. Only two minutes from the beach, cute little pool and garden, complimentary breakfast which was unexpected but appreciated. Warm and welcoming. Clean and tidy, friendly and only ten mins walk from Rodney Bay high street. Do take a bus to Gros Islet as it's very atmospheric and you can eat for much less (and more authentic) than the beach side places in Rodney Bay. Thumbs up!!

On November 24th, 2016 my husband suffered a fatal heart attack while on a Snuba expedition there at Pigeon Island. We were vacationing on St. Lucia as part of a Caribbean cruise. Following his death, arrangements were made by the port agent for me to leave the cruise ship and stay at your hotel while I awaited the arrival of my son who was scheduled to arrive the next day. Together, my son and I stayed long enough to conduct the business that needed to be concluded to return my husband to th... Read more

My stay at this cute boutique hotel was marvelous. It was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable and it had all of the necessary basics. The grounds were clean and quaint. Quiet enough to read or enjoy the silence. A short walk across the street to the beach made t even better. The staff was professional at all times and very friendly and accomodating. Good value for the money and walking distance to everything in Rodney Bay village.

The Ginger Lilly is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. The grounds are lush with a small swimming pool. I can't imagine anyone not liking this small hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. I found the breakfast adequate and contrary to some complaints I was offered more toast if wanted. The Ginger Lilly is opposite the beach, in fact much closer than I had anticipated so that was a huge bonus. It was easy to engage with people because of the set up of t... Read more

Small and intimate hotel very close to the beach and just a short walk from shopping mall. If you don't want big and corporate, this is an excellent and reasonably priced alternative which will give you far more of a local flavour. They only provide a limited breakfast but there is a fridge in the room you can use and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area to try. Big and comfortable rooms. We had an upper deluxe with a balcony but not a sea view. Staff were great esp Cheryl who o... Read more
