Really Pleasant on arrival, nice rooms, nice staff. Location is great for bars & restaurants. Good views. Only faults were a really noisy family next to us for 2 nights ( more sound proofing required ) could do with hotel bar/restaurant being open later especially as there are such good views from the top. Could do with having free parking in the car park also as â?¬16 per day

Great situation on the sea front. We are staying in a Studio overlooking the sea. Just the right size for2 people. Immaculately clean, room s cleaned every day with fresh towels. The cleaning staff and front of house staff are excellent and very friendly. There is a pool on the roof and a lovely sitting our area and small cafe on the top floor. They are having room renovations which is a bit annoying but this has to be completed at some time so it is fine. My only real issue is having to pay for ... Read more

This hotel is in the perfect location with the beach on your doorstep and a short stroll to the old town. The hotel is spotless from reception, breakfast room and bedroom. The staff are great. The breakfast options were not as good as when I was last at this hotel. I think this is because the hotel had very few guests (mid January) so â?¬12 felt a bit high. I will def return in the future and might skip breakfast next time.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2016. I asked for the total price before I arrived as I wanted to pay in cash. Needless to say their rate was not the same, although I do think there was a 'lostin translation' moment! The balconies are very small and although you really need a sea facing balcony, in the height of the summer, it doesn't get any sun. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof top is clean and tidy albeit rather small. Overall we were just satisfied with this hotel, th... Read more

The apartment was a good size. Had a double bed, a couch and kitchenette. We were lucky to get a 'side' sea view. It is so quiet that we slept with the balcony door open, listening to the waves. Toiletries are not good, but you can buy anything you might want in the nearby shop. Towels are not good either. We only stayed for 3 nights, so wasn't a big deal for us, but I'd bring my own towel if I was staying longer. Good, basic but comfortable and clean accommodation.

Nice, if you love staying at the construction site. For the first time in my life my stay in a hotel I am listening to drilling and hammering... Normal price, no prior warning, no compensation... Fortunately it is sunny and warm so we can leave the room otherwise it would have been a total nightmare...

We stayed here for 3 nights in 3 rooms. So let's get one thing clear: This is not a 4 star hotel. It could be a 4 star apartment hotel but overall I will say it's a 3 star property. The location is very good and has been stressed upon in all other reviews too. What is not mentioned is that Most of the Sea facing Rooms are booked for long stay so you won't get a full view in most of the cases. Still insist on the same and you might get lucky. Since it's an apartment hotel, you won't find: 1. Bell... Read more

Good location and good 24h reception and services. However, the pool is not really an option as the area around is not sufficient. The roof bar is closing at 4.00 pm. The facilities in the room are decent, the room is heated but not enough for December. The nice view with the sea is only for several apartments. Overall, the fact that the hotel is on the beach, the facilities around and the roof bar and terasse is helping to consider this a good option for Marbella Suitable for people over 50... Read more

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was situated very near the beach, and a short walk to bars restaurants and shops. We were in room 711, it had a fridge, microwave, toaster, 2 electric ring hob. Good selection of kitchen utensils. Tv, sofa, coffee table, dining table, patio doors to a good size balcony with a patio table and chairs. The separate bedroom has two comfortable single beds which were pushed together. It was a good size and also had a TV in there as well as a door to the balcon... Read more
