In all respects excellent hotel service. I was entirely satisfied and I may want to recommend this hotel to other visitors. It's not unlikely I will have to come to Madrid again in the future and I may then want to book Silken Torre Garden again.

The breakfast was very good, for every taste, also local food and fresh fruits. There are not pubs, clubs and other entertainment in near from this hotel. But there was very quite and just 100 meter from Metro, so you can stay by the 2. Line of Metro and reach all Madrid sights (about 30 min).

It was actually the size of a suite! Good AC. Gorgeous floor to ceiling marble bathroom. Ample towels and toiletries. Delicious buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed. Close to metro and shops. Helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay very much.

A modern hotel, close to the motorway, so easy access by car. Also, good underground parking, but it does cost â?¬11 a day. Rooms are large and reasonably well furnished - only downside was our carpet needed replacing. Good to have a minibar fridge. Wifi worked well in the room. Staff speak good English and are most courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The hotel was very clean everywhere. Pity the garden area was closed since it was hot when we visited. Location is g... Read more

This hotel is only 10 km from the airport, the taxi costs 20 EUR. The room was comfortable with 3 beds, daily cleaning and new towels. The staff is helpful, the breakfast - although every day the same - has wide assortment. The distance from the Alsacia metro station ( red line, number 2 ) is 300 steps. Next to the metro station there is a shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket, some shops and food court. The Metro trip to the center of Spain ( Plaza Puerta del Sol with the 0 kilometer stone ... The Silken Torre Garden is a very comfortable hotel, 2 minutes walk from Alsacia Metro station on the Red line. Travel. to Madrid centre takes about 20 minutes, the Metro is clean and punctual and very easy to navigate. The Silken Torre Garden is a very clean hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. The area is largely residential, so apart from La Rosas centre, there is little else in the area. My only criticism of the Hotel is that there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but ... Stayed in this hotel twice during our visit to Spain (upon arrival and before departure) for a total of 10 nights and were very pleased. On the first night we arrived late and the bar prepared tapas for us so we could have dinned even after they had closed the kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good with jamon, toritilla, churros, pastries. The best part is 3 minutes walking to the subway and from there 10 stations to Plaza del Sol.

Came here for a short city break, great big rooms with comfy beds and very clean too. Unfortunately on the last morning we decided to have a breakfast at the hotel, which we thought was free or cheap at least, stale cereal, stale bread, frankfurter chopped up in a bain Marie, as was the uncooked bacon and the scrambled eggs you could play tennis with! Such a shame to what was a great stay, 2 breakfasts and 2 cups of coffee 50â?¬!!!!!!!
