The hotel staff was wonderful and provided the very best care throughout our stay. We were impressed with the great restaurant recommendations. Our Flamenco experience was arranged by the front desk and the evening was amazing. Thank you!

Me and wife visited the hotel this weekend and it was fabulous. If you're into a small, botique, luxury hotel, this is the place for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We visit Europe 3 times a year and one comment about Madrid is that you have to book the nice restaurants in advance.

Not only did no one put a foot wrong, everyone actually did everything right - and its not often I say that! The best resource are the wonderful staff who are delightful, knowledgable, helpful and discreet. The food is very good and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast If I'm being picky, on closer inspection, the hotel is probably ready for a refurb - but I have an eagle eye.. I throughly enjoy my stay. The hotel is well located for exploring the city and particularly the art galleries. Do ... Read more

The hotel itself is excellent, beautifully furnished in a classical style with large and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We were on the third floor overlooking the garden, which was fine, but even rooms a... Read more

We had our wedding here, and stayed here 4 nights. Apart from our lovely wedding, the staff was wonderful. Fine touches in the room like sherry and chocolates are much appreciated. The buffet breakfast is expensive, but copious. This is first class, 5 star luxury hotel. Boutique, small only 32 rooms and just outside the hustle bustle of the touristic zone.

Perfect hospitality in Madrid. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Couldn't fault anything about it. Would stay again if ever revisiting Madrid. A very good restaurant inside the hotel, with a excellent breakfast buffet every day.
