A warm welcome on arrival, and a spotless room - ok, not particularly big, but what do you expect in a city centre. The most excellent breakfast with attentive staff, food regularly refreshed and something for everyone. Didn't try the fitness suite - too much breakfast ;) Central location in a side street near the Plaza del Sol so you can reach everywhere on foot. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

There is a dance bar close to the hotel, i'm staying here currently, i haven't slept for 3 nights which is a basic for a hotel to be able to be - quiet! The manager reply to that is: "that is not the hotels problem". Come on? Really? Don't come near this hotel, you will not be able to sleep. They have change us the room once, it didn't work a lot of noise still, then they promised us the club will not be working tonight, and that was a lie! I wood change the hotel if they wood only tell me the ... Read more

I had an excellent four-nights stay here. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to Puerta del Sol and tourist attractions. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. And best of all, the hotel staff, from the receptionists to servers to cleaners were friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

Great location. Nice alley near puerta del sol. Close to everything. WiFi was good. Stuff was friendly. Room is good size. Relaxing design. Modern. There is no view. Small hotel. You do not feel in gaint place. Price was good - about 100 a night.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Madrid center. For the price we paid the facilities were good. The rooms are Clean and not small. The breakfast is decent enough. The staff of the hotel are very friendly. And helped us in whatever we wanted. Generally and location wise a good choice in Madrid

This hotel is very central, beautifully decorated with really friendly helpful staff. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Bathroom is a little small but adequate. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice but hot food is limited. Only downside was the bed was extremely hard - we had to lie on top of a spare quilt that was in the wardrobe. Also there didn't seem to serve food in the evenings!

Great little boutique hotel centrally located very near the Plaza del Sol. We were able to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We booked a Superior double. It was well appointed with a small sitting area and a large private terrace. I had read in a previous review that these rooms could be noisy because the terrace overlooks a street with a club very near. The front desk assured us that because we were there in the middle of the week that it would not... Read more

A friend and I stayed here for 4 days in late July. On arriving, we found the hotel entrance up a narrow lane which caused us a bit of concern when coming back to the hotel at night especially as we were 2 females travelling together. The hotel reception area is beautifully decorated and very clean and the check in staff were efficient. The Room: Our twin room was located on the first floor and there is a lift, albeit very small. The room was a good size and had a huge bathroom. The toilet howe... Read more

I used to use the hotel with the past owners and was good, but since it changed and was renovated the experience was much better. Rooms and accessories improved, lobby and Furniture also changed and was really nice together with the background music and overall service. Suggest to have the bar or kitchen open from earlier since if you have a meeting at the hotel in the afternoon thereâ??s nothing to drink.
