This is a great place to stay in Madrid. Pleasant staff, well appointed modern rooms with everything working and a nice breakfast room. Ignore the professional moaners, just a good four star hotel, yards from a metro station and close to decent bars and restaurants. Recommended!

????走大?5??????步????Sol大?20???????????????????????蠻?亮????????????????乾淨???蠻?????????! It takes about 5 minutes walk from subway and takes 20 minutes to Sol on foot. The room is little bit old but clean. Breakfast is good enough.

I stayed at this hotel for three days and it was a nice experience. The room was nice, towels were changed every day and the bathroom looked spotless. Breakfast was decent. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. Also, there is a subway station not more than 200 m away. The staff, even though helpful, were all grumpy and never seen them cracking ? smile.

We stayed in this hotel 3-7 Oct 2017 inclusive as part of a city break to Madrid. Check in was quick, and room clean, nice bathroom. However, we did not feel this is a 4* hotel based on the following observations: - No tea/coffee making facilities in room - Walls/ceilings are very thin- we had to make several complaints about noise from above room The hotel is in a good location, next to a metro. Staff nice enough.

Hotel in a good area, not far away from all main attractions, Alonso Martinez metro station near by. The lobby is welcoming, the reception staff helpful, the rooms are great and very clean. Good breakfast. Try to avoid rooms that faced the street. I had a room on the second floor and I have some problems with street noise.

My wife and I are just back from a 3day trip to Madrid. We stayed in this hotel and found it to very very good. Its proximity to the Metro was a blessing in getting to and from the airport and for exploring the city. The staff were exceedingly helpful and courteous. The room was an interior room so it suffered a bit from a lack of natural daylight. Other than that, the room was spotlessly clean, big enough to move around comfortably, the bed was great also. Overall, we were very pleased with... Read more

Very close to Alonso Martinez metro station, only three metro stations away from Santiago Bernabeu stadium. So, perfect place to stay if you come to Madrid in order to watch a Real's Madrid football match. About 20 minutes walking time to reach Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. As for the hotel itself, it shows its age and probably it is time for a modern refurbishment. Typical breakfast.

Stayed for four nights. Triple room was not spacious, but service, amenities and the bathroom were very good. Also it is located near the city center, so all the attractions, like museums and central squares are within walking distance. Also the staff in the reception speaks english. Do not underestimate this factor, because almost no-one in Spain speaks english (not even the policemen in the airport. So bak to the hotel. Conclusion: i recommend it

I arrived to this hotel by taxi, The reception was not good enough for my expectations. The first bad impression i had was that i should lift my suitcases through 2 stairs inside the hotel before arriving to the elevators. Honestly dont know how there can exist an hotel with 4 stars with this entrance. The room was ok but not great, maybe the best part was the toilet that seems refurbished. The breakfast was ok but there is something i didnt like it, there's one person that pick up the dirty... Read more

We stayed a few nights here last month. The hotel is nice and has very friendly staff. The rooms were really outdated. But the bathroom seemed a little more modern. The location is great as it's near a metro station and near Malana district with great restaurants, bars, and shops. Very walkable from hotel to Gran Via and even to Centro. For the price, this place is definitely a good option if you don't mind staying outside of Centro.
