Excellent location. Superb service. Reasonable price. Impeccably clean. Very near to one of Madrid's main streets. A few blocks from metro stations and walking distance to major attractions. No fancy stuff. Clean, comfortable and no bad surprises

This hotel is a place to rest your head. It's clean, comfortable, and spacious, with nice bathrooms. However, it's not a resort, nothing magical. The location is fantastic - close to parks, the metro, restaurants and Madrid city center.

We caught the Metro from the airport and the plaza de Espana stop is 250 meters from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and huge with a sitting area, 2 bar fridges. Bathroom was very large as well. We had breakfast included at a nearby hotel and it was a good mix of fruit, meats, cheese and baked goods. We found the hotel very quiet but it was only a block back from the Gran Via. Definitely recommend

The location of this hotel is just perfect . The hotel is located quite close to various landmarks/ spots in Madrid like Gran via, Puerta del sol, plaza mayor and the Palace, most of these places are at walking distance. The hotel is also close to number of restaurants, supermarket ,Burger King and Starbucks. There's is a Dia supermarket at end of the street and quite cheap to buy your daily necessities. However, the street has a bit of slope. The metro is also at a walking distance. The siz... Read more

This hotel is in the perfect location, right next to the Gran Vía, Plaza de España, and plenty of restaurants. A minute walk from the metro and easy to access from the airport. It is also near the police station, which is handy in case of emergencies. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. The room was very clean and equipped with a microwave and fridge/freezer. The bed was as big as a double and a single put together. The staff were very friendly and had a good level of English. They ... Read more

It is not the fanciest and not the newest but it is clean and near many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. It is a couple of minutes from the Plaza de Espana Metro which we took from the train station after walking the Camino. The front desk couldn't be more helpful. Though there is no restaurant on the premises but you can purchase a breakfast at their sister hotel a few doors down and it was pretty good. I like the little kitchenette area in the room but you will need to ask the fr... Read more

I rarely take a time to write about a service provider specially if it's negative, but now I will: 1. Room was 2 hours late. 2. House keeping is so so so loud as if you are at children school! 3.Car park full! 4. Asked 3 time for room to be cleaned. You can't sleep or rest in this hotel it's like mission impossible!

I went with my family of 4 ( 2 children, 4y.o. and 9 months). The suites are very comfortable, double size bed, additional sofa-bed and a crib, plenty of space with the add of a complete kitchen. The personnel is completely willing to fulfill the customer needs. The location if the hotel is very good; close to Plaza España, Puerta del Sol, etc. easy to walk distances. The breakfast included is very good and complete: juice, coffee, breads, eggs, cold-cuts, salad, yogurt, cereals, treats Read more
