Nice hotel very very well located less than a block from gran via. Walking distance to plaza del sol. Located in the center of Madrid. The staff is outstanding; try to get Paco the bellboy; to tell you some jokes, it is the best inpromtu stand up comedy! The price is a good deal.

Bottom line: this is a great 3 stars hotel. It's all about expectations. if you are looking for a simple hotel, in the best location in Madrid, this hotel is a great option. It's not a luxurious hotel or have something special or unique. Our room was clean, quite big, simple and with a big closet for storage. Bathroom was simple and clean as well. Breakfast was very basic, don't expect for more, but than again, everything was fresh and enough to start the day. The reception workers was nice a... Read more

This hotel was in a great location right off the Gran Via. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. A ten minute walk to Sol and Plaza Mayor. Close to El Corte Inglés and Desigual. Very Positive experience!

We recently visited this hotel for a three day city break to Madrid. I‚??d looked at the reviews and they were pretty mixed before I went. When we got there we weren‚??t so much greeted but grunted at by a man on the desk checking us in. He was rude and definitely in the wrong job. The room wasn‚??t much better. It was tiny and old. Cleanliness of the room was as good as it could have been considering the condition of the room. There was two really nice staff that we encountered the whole time w... Read more

It was our second time staying in this hotel within a year and will definitely go back! Location is great and easy access to Metro station and city centre, friendly staff and clean rooms, rooms are a bit small but has everything u need so it was ok for us! The only issue i had was the ‚??very loud‚?? cleaner in the hallway shouting & talking while cleaning other rooms!! Not sure if she was on the phone or was talking to her colleague but had to ask her to be a bit more quite specially at 8am Sat... Read more

We came back yesterday from a week in the regente hotel. The good- location location. The room was clean. The bad- there is no electric kettle in the room for tea or coffee. One day it was really rainy day, and i asked from the reception to get hot water to make me a tea in this cold and rainy day. They send me to the cafeteria floor in the hotel to get this. The cafeteria wanted 2 euru for hot water. I couldn‚??t believe this is real. Hot water its minimal servise, especially in this cold and... Read more

The location of the hotel is the only good thing about it. We were there 2 rooms each with a mother and her daughter. The rooms are ancient, filthy, bath towels ripped worst breakfast and very unfriendly staff. In this location you can find much better hotels. After complaining about the hygien twice i got a reply the room is old and cannot be cleaned better!

I went here early October for 4 nights with a group of 8 girls. We had four room and all were clean, tidy and well presented. I found the staff easy to deal with and the whole experience was perfect for us. It is in a great location with the high street and designer shops on one side of the street and a short walk to the Plaza Mayor which is full of restaurants and cafes. We loved our short trip to Madrid and the hotel was great value for money! I would go back :)

Average hotel. Rooms are too tiny for the price they are charging. Location wise very good location. But either room size should be bigger or price should be less. cafe was small and price was reasonable.
