WE stayed here for 1 night before a trip to southern Spain. We arrived in Madrid at 0800 and took a taxi to the hotel. Even though we were there way before their usual chicken time they had a room ready for us. It was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful. We found a good seafood restaurant less than a block away.

A great stayed, leisure with my wife celebrating our 2nd anniversary. Pedro received us in the front desk with the best attitude possible. Rooms are above European standard in size. Breakfast buffet was okay. The best part its location! Atocha station (main Madrid station) is located 5-8 minute walking. Museo del prado its approx. 20min walking, Queen Sofia Contemporary Museum 8min, Parque del Retiro 25mins.

Great location. Easy to walk to Grande Via and beyond. Helpful staff and loved the size of the room. Enjoyed being close to lots of restaurants and locally run cafes as well as parks and galleries. Would definitely stay again

My wife stayed here for two nites while we were traveling through Spain. We found this hotel to have a great location and very good rooms. The rooms were good in that the size and the layout were very good for the price I paid. The location was excellent in relation to the train station. We were less than 10 minutes from our train. The location was also about a 15 minute walk from the Prado Museum. The Museum was amazing and we spent most of the day there. We walked both to and back from the Mus... Read more

The hotel location is really nice for exploring Madrid. We walked to La Latina and other great neighbourhoods. The beds are really good but the real highlight is the breakfast - a wide selection of local delicacies as well as eggs, bacon, fruit and everything you could wish for. The only downside was that the walls are super thin so bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

The hotel is in an older building but the rooms are very modern and furnished nicely (lots of drawers, rain shower head, good lighting, mini refrigerator, flat screen TV). The bed was comfortable and the room was quite. As a Marriott member, I qualified for free internet and breakfast. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance and a small market less than one block away. The buffet breakfast was good with a nice selection. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Central hotel and not far from the restaurants. The room was large and well equipped although I had to ask for a kettle. To be honest the hotel and staff I would say are defiantly a 4! Bed comfortable but the biggest issue was the noise I was at the front of the hotel and was so noisy! Even up until gone 11pm sounded like the windows were open! Had awful nights sleep as sounded like I was on the main road

Booked thru Marriott. Arrived early morning and our room was made ready within the hour. Excellent staff and Front Desk is awesome!! Our room was on the top floor overlooking the Main Street. The rooms are soundproofed from outside noise. There is some noise between rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bath well equipped. Very clean! Would recommend. Convenient to Prada Museum and a short walk to Paza Mayor and the Royal Palace.

It's in a decent part of Madrid-a few blocks from the Reina Sofia museum and the Prado museum. It's a few blocks from the metro station that will take you right to the Plaza Mayor. It's also walking distance to the Atocha Station. We have kids and had some heavy luggage and it was very hot when we arrived so we took a quick cab ride to the hotel without any problem but we did see a lot of people walk to the train station so in that sense the location wasn't bad. The hotel itself was fine- it d... Read more

This hotel is near the train station, so it is convenient in that respect. It is also near the park and the Prado museum. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, although the seem to be oriented toward the business traveler. I did not especially like the location. The area is not the best and the street noise was bothersome well into the early hours of the next morning. I much preferred another hotel that was more "central" city. The staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable (king si... Read more
