It is not far from metro and it is situated in the most beautiful area of Lisbon to my mind. I was happy to be there. Restaurants in the Neighbourhood are superb and authentic. The only major flaw is that breakfast is a little bit simple.

Small rooms with no conditions and missing towels. Public areas without cleaning with small papers on then floor everywhere. Breakfast without food and no people to help. The worker people leaves before the time to eat the breakfast ends.

Absolutly low level hotel. The positive thing is the hotel's position only. The room smells musty and it wasn't cleaned. Breaksfast wasn't included. Interior desing is ok. I can't suggest this hotel: too expensive

The hotel is well located, although a little hard to find the first time :). It's very close to the metro station "Saldanha" & next to a big street where you can find luxury shops. Unfortunately it's not close to the "interesting" neighborhoods such us ALFAMA/ ROSSIO.. The staff is helpful & gives you enough details & advices about where to go/ not go. That said, for a 4* hotel we expected much more than what we had: the room is a bit small, the bathroom is poorly ventilated, and early morning ... Read more

It's unbeliavable how this hotel has 4 star evaluation. Starting from the beginning, some employees are unpolite and inconsistent with their information. The rooms have light outs, the paint on the walls is falling due to humidity. Sometimes thei forget to clean your room and mock you if you ask for help over the telephone. The breakfast is worst than garbage, has NO FRUIT and consists mainly in bread and butter. If can choose, pick any 3 star hotel in the city and it will suit you better.

We booked this hotel because we thought it was located in the city center. When we arrived and walked around the next day we figured out that it takes approx 30 minutes of walking to get to the city center. And with city center I mean Rossio/Alfama area. In this neighborhood there is not much and not many restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms are good; they are quite spacious and clean. Bathroom is spacious and nice as well. It is a pity that you cannot make your own tea or coffee at your room. No... Read more

Great location, 2 minutes walk to the Saldanha métro station. Small room super clean, big bathroom, confortable bed, a/c and TV perfectly functionnal. People at reception helpful, but not very friendly or particularly welcoming. The hotel is about 10 minutes taxi ride to the airport.

Not friendly welcoming. No smile, not a double bedroom as selected. They made the change day after. No answer to the email sent. Bathtub clogged. Hairdryer did not work. Bad sound insulation, we heard people talking and making pee... However the housekeeping was really good and friendly. everything was clean! Excellent. And the metro station is really closed to go the airport and to Lisbon Downtown.

Stayed 3 nights. Room was everything as promised on the web site. Staff friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Air conditioning isn't functioning at 100% however didn't bother me. Location is easy to airport and there's a mall over the road with food hall. I would stay again.

I stayed 5 days with my mum, the hotel was very easy to find as the Lisbon subway it's amazingly well done. The hotel is very nice, clean, staff is helpful and they speak a very good English too. We had B&B, food also very tasty, you have where to choose from even if you are vegetarian/vegan. We really enjoyed staying there and defo it's on my list next time when I will go to Lisbon. Highly recommend.
