Nice and rather a design hotel, modeen fourniture (bath in room, carpet), though little things anoy, like no wifi at reception and restaurant area...). The garden is nice, you can sit outside. It seems to be a hotel school.

This hotel was once a school...they kept the theme running, therefore my grade report review. :) I arrived very early in the morning to this hotel. My first A goes to the night manager, although I did not catch his name, he was very kind and reviewed with me things to do in Lisbon, made recommendations and helped me generally feel comfortable with my location within the city. My second A goes to the location. I thought I would want to be in the city center but I am so glad I choose this... Read more

Very modern concept with nice clean rooms and very pleasant, helpful staff. We missed having tea and coffee making facilities but collected refreshments from the bar and took to our room. Breakfast well presented and plenty of items to choose from, cantina food good but limited menu and not changed from day to day.

Came across this little gem quite by chance when looking for suitable accomodation for myself and my friend. Sounded quirky so thought we'd check it out. Former school converted to small luxury hotel. Brilliant location ,very short distance from centre of Lisbon which could be easily reached by tram 28 or taxi (approx 5 euros)Very welcoming on arrival. Staff couldn't do enough for for especially on reception.....thank you Carla !Informative, friendly and very accomodating. Stayed in room 22, on... Read more

Not disappointed by : the excellent staff (friendly and very helpful, apart at breakfast though), the location (quiet and away from the huge crowds although walking distance to Lisbon's main touristic attractions), the parking (useful and practical), the laundry service (perfect), the manager (charming and efficient). But disappointed by : the accommodation (massive suite on the second floor with beautiful panoramic views towards the River and the City, but lacking character with dreadful light... Read more

The design of this hotel is charming and characterful. Generally, the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome. They were informative about the neighbourhood, and provided detail about places to eat on the two days (Monday and Sunday) when the hotel restaurant was closed. They also gave us accurate advice about bus routes in to the centre of Lisbon. In this respect, they corrected the information provided by the 'orientation' leaflets in our room. It is a short walk (under 3kilom... Read more

I believe I've never been in such a big hotel room (thank you for the courtesy): excelent decor, excelent room, excelent bed and linnens and excelent breakfast with very good healthy and home made options. Great service, very attentive to details. It's a pitty it doesn't become more handy for me otherwise would be a regular customer.

A wonderfull small Hotel in the heart of Lisboa. The rooms are nice, the Bathroom great with bidet. WiFi is free, parking in the Garage not and the parking Situation outside difficult. The Breakfast could be better, but it is ok with warm and cold milk, coffee tea and juice.

The hotel is attached to a restaurant and hotel school, and almost all of the staff are students there, very pleasant and attentive. The room was quite large with a wonderfully comfortable Hästens bed and a very modern bathroom with both shower and tub. Great breakfast buffet. The Estrela park and basilica are nearby, as is the Fernando Pessoa museum and many interesting cafés. A real gem.
