Amazing hotel, perfect location to right next to a mainline metro and the staff were very friendly. Inside is beautiful don't let the street it's on put you off. Would definitely go again, really lovely for a city break.

Lovely modern hotel ,very clean well thought out rooms only issue a felt once again no thought for the breakfast very basic over cooked scramble egg my pet hate for variety needed but not the end of the world ,also for those who like a drink no bar ,the owner or manager standing around micro managing staff off putting ,negative about 2 miles from harbour which is pain as taxis are very slow with the heavy congestion Overall nice place

Recently, we visited Lisbon and got 4 nights accommodation at the Almirante Hotel in central Lisbon for ‚?¨340 each. A bargain by any standards for a central location in a major European city. The taxi from the Airport was a short journey and cost ‚?¨25 for the four of us. Our hotel was situated on Avenida Almirante Reiss and I would have to say was a disappointment on first sight not looking at all as glamorous from the outside as it had done on that most deceptive of devices ‚?? The Internet.... Read more

Excellent hotel located just a 2 min walk from Anjos metro station. Very clean and modern hotel with breakfast included. Not a huge range of breakfast options but bread/cheese/meats, some hot food (eggs, sausages and tortilla) with fruit and little pastries. Rooms were great, king size bed and shower/bath. The line green line which serves Anjos metro station heads directly into the city centre and it getting to the airport was simple - about a 20 min tube ride with only one change. Thoroughl... To sum up: extremely rude receptionist, very slow work, broken showers, dose of stress. But first of all we were met like this: 'move your car out of the entrance!' We were shocked, to hear that after the long day of our journey. Especially as we have read on their website that they provide parking: 'private parking with extra payment' / or 'openair parking'. BEWARE, all this is a lie. And your journey will end in the busy road, and receptionist behaving with you like with a hobo, just because y... Read more

When arriving we wondered where we were it seemed a bit isolated and not in an upmarket area but after a day we found the subway and purchased a 48 hour ticket and used it extensively which made getting around easy. The rooms are basic, the shower is in the bath (I don't think you would have a bath), there is a bar fridge but nothing in it but our room with a balcony was a reasonable size... we didn't use the balcony but it allowed us to open the windows....breakfast very simple, nothing special... Very nice, clean and well organized hotel. It went under a complete refurbishment recently. The staff is kind and the price is moderate. The only thing needs to be improved is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it was difficult to connect.

The hotel was just perfect for our needs. We have just returned from a four day city break in Lisbon and would highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, decor, large comfortable bed, friendly and professional staff, great breakfast service and a fabulous shower. The location is excellent - two minute walk from Anjos metro station and a great little eatery five to eight minutes walk called Portugualia (great steaks). You can pretty much get to anywhere from the hotel, and if you are keen walke... Read more

The room was spacey and clean. There's a fridge , air cond, tv. We did not have internet in the room; for that we had to go downstairs in the lobby. The breakfast was a buffet , with choices like : cheese, jam, ham, omelette, croissants(not the good ones), fruit salad and some cornflakes. The hotel was in a quiet part of Lisbon.
