Visited this hotel for a few nights and I was very please with everything. From the very pleasant and informative checking by Sonia, to the staff at the lounge and the cleaning ladies. The lounge is a bit small, but in sunny days, you can use the open air area and it is a pleasure to enjoy some bites in the outside. Plenty of elevators to take you to the upper floors and very nice doormen to welcome you when you come back to the hotel. To take public transportation is a challenge, but taxis and ... Read more

The hotel has been in continuous decline for years. Especially the service is bad and rude...unless you are used to McDonalds ...then you will be happy with this facility. Internet most of the time extremely bad, even tho I was offered and enhanced wifi...imagine what you get as a regular speed. In winter season the A/C offers only cooling function. You have to wait 80 minutes before the technician appears. Then when you leave the room and come back- same story. They sell rooms totally not appr... Read more

The Lisbon Marriott is a decent enough property. The rooms are to Marriotts usual high standards. Restaurants & bars onsite are good enough. Was able to easily get to town on the metro which is roughly 10-15 minutes walk away (downhill) My main criticism is with the internet provision which was shockingly bad - easily the worst I have encountered in years. As a Marriott Rewards member I‚??m entitled to the ‚??Enhanced‚?? internet connection but even that was basically unusable most of the time.... Read more

We use Marriott chain exclusively for all of our travel but did not have a choice as this is only Marriott in Lisbon. Bath room was not very comfortable. View outside was average. Assortment of food and drinks was not up to typical Marriott standards. Staff was generally helpful. Overall hotel feels somewhat outdated for Marriott.

First time as a guest at the Lisbon Marriott. Incredibly convenient for the nearby airport . Was very impressed with the evening buffet offering in the downstairs restaurant. Great selection of cold salads including smoked salmon and prawn cocktail. Lovely fish soup and then a great choice of hot meals including vegetable lasagne, lamb chops, cod with mashed potatoes and smoked pork loin. Decent enough spread of desserts all for 23 euros. Good value for money.

If it‚??s good enough for Liverpool‚??s soccer royalty, it‚??s good enough for me‚?¶ For those working at a recent Champions League match, the Marriott Lisbon was deemed good enough to be the central media hotel. Joining the working journos in the bar after the game, a familiar face jumped up to get me a seat. It was Steve McManaman, Liverpool‚??s former playmaker for Liverpool, who was shooting the breeze with another Kop legend, Ronnie Whelan. It‚??s hard to judge a hotel on its merits after ... Stayed at the Lisbon Marriot for a week-long work trip. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Good amenities including bar with indoor/outdoor seating, on-site shop, a restaurant and separate pool bar (which also serves food). Decent-sized pool and outdoor area, which was great to relax in at the end of a long day working! No public transport nearby, but taxis into main town were fairly cheap, and the hotel operates a rank outside. 15 min walk to the university and very close to the a... Read more
