Hotel located in a more industrial part of Lisbon. Metro stop was somewhat convenient (around a 15 minute walk). Not really a lot nearby to see or restaurants to eat at, but there was a mall nearby with a food court. Staff friendly and helpful, although they gave us wrong information on public transport on more than one occasion that led to some confusion. Rooms a little small (even by European standards).

They boast a renovation that is really hard to believe. The toilet is leaking, quite wasteful. Other than that not too bad but did feel expensive for the price paid. Breakfast average at best, was still being set up more than 15 minutes after opening time.

The hotel is located too far from the city centre and there are not really good restaurants nearby. Next to the hotel there is a small shopping mall. Breakfast is really good, but i do not recommend to eat dinner there. The room was really clean and modern, but the room did not have any daylight, because we did not have proper windows. So the room was very dark. The elevators were really slow.

The hotel offers very nice spacious rooms with large and fully equipped with soft new towels and toilet accessories bathroom. The breakfast is rich with good variety. Only problem the very slow elevator and in my room the fridge was out of order. The staff was ok.

Great room, hotel is about 1.5 miles from city centre but taxi ride is only around ‚?¨5 and the metro is very close also. Hotel is modern, very clean and well appointed. Not that much around there as it appears to be mainly commercial district but short walk to big shopping avenue.

It is not far from metro and it is situated in the most beautiful area of Lisbon to my mind. I was happy to be there. Restaurants in the Neighbourhood are superb and authentic. The only major flaw is that breakfast is a little bit simple.

Small rooms with no conditions and missing towels. Public areas without cleaning with small papers on then floor everywhere. Breakfast without food and no people to help. The worker people leaves before the time to eat the breakfast ends.

Absolutly low level hotel. The positive thing is the hotel's position only. The room smells musty and it wasn't cleaned. Breaksfast wasn't included. Interior desing is ok. I can't suggest this hotel: too expensive

The hotel is well located, although a little hard to find the first time :). It's very close to the metro station "Saldanha" & next to a big street where you can find luxury shops. Unfortunately it's not close to the "interesting" neighborhoods such us ALFAMA/ ROSSIO.. The staff is helpful & gives you enough details & advices about where to go/ not go. It's unbeliavable how this hotel has 4 star evaluation. Starting from the beginning, some employees are unpolite and inconsistent with their information. The rooms have light outs, the paint on the walls is falling due to humidity. Sometimes thei forget to clean your room and mock you if you ask for help over the telephone. The breakfast is worst than garbage, has NO FRUIT and consists mainly in bread and butter. If can choose, pick any 3 star hotel in the city and it will suit you better.
