The hotel is close to the metro Grando Pequenio, but it has two ‚??sides‚?? - one very old, and one never. First I got my room in the ‚??old‚?? side of the hotel but the room was bad. The bathroom bathtop was in a horrible shape and the room smelled bad. You kind of oay a lot for it, so you would expect a good conditions - nope. Breakfast is not included, if you want to have it, you have to pay 7,5‚?¨ per day. When I complained about my room, I got a new one in the ‚??newer‚?? section of the ho... Read more

Stayed at this hotel fro 2 days....we were charged 221 euros for the worst hotel I have stayed. Very poor facilities. you pay you bill when you book in...you cannot charge anything to the room(not that there was anything to charge). The rooms have no basic things like drinking water, tea making facilities. At breakfast I asked fro some bread which had run out ...nothing appeared...On the second day there were about 5 tea bags ogf breakfast tea...no others were available..

As with previous reviews, this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms and the hallways are very dated and damaged and the plumbing in the bathroom is from the 60s. We paid a fairly high rate for one night, if we had not been leaving very early the next morning, we would have looked for another hotel. We did ask to see another room but it was just as bad so we decided to stay in our original room. Thank goodness we were only there for 12 hours. This hotel is a dump, the photos on this websit... I was expected for a 3 star to have a minimum . But minimum in 2017 is apparently higher than what you can have in this hotel . The hotel is very old and the room also , bed not very comfortable and rooms from the 60s. Cleaning girls shouting in front of the doors at 7.30 already and stepping into the room at 9 am without allowing you to say yes /no . Many hotels around this one but definitively even if it was for on night and with the price they charge you better going into an Ibis .

Plus of the hotel: Close to the metro station (Entrecampos) and subway (Campo Pequeno) A great Cafe across the street (opened late) Great Housekeeping and Breakfast staff (5 out of 5) Great city views ( try getting rooms on the 10th floor) Major extractions all in close proximity (metro / taxi) available Business center at the hotel lobby for printing documents / boarding pass etc. Negatives of the hotel: Rudest Front desk staff EVER!! Been a traveler around but not see such unfriendly ... Read more

It might be run down, but that is reflected in the price. Cleaning is okay, and not as bad as mentioned in other reviews. Staff give the impression of being tired of their jobs. When asking if the hotel had any outdoor area, the response was, that this is a business area. Worse is that you cannot unpack your suitcase as the wardrobe and wall under the window is covered with mould. Avoid room 104 if you can.

Very basic hotel: per previous reviews the building is run down( some renovation currently ongoing in the lobby, so hopefully they will continue with the whole building) The positive: easy access from the airport on metro or Aerobus- stop at Entrecampos. Air conditioning works well, lots of hot water, good wifi. Front desk staff very helpful. The downside : linens are tired, rooms need a coat of paint, hotel is a good 30 + min on transit to downtown. Depending on the deal $$ you get and wha... Read more

Stayed here one night as I was coming from Madeira to see Benfica match. Had a good promotion through our travel agent. Check in was at 1100, room was ready at 1400 as normal procedure, so we went for lunch and by 1400 rooms were ready. Clean, good size and decent. Staff very helpful and relaxed. Calling taxis, wake up calls nothing missed. For the price can't complain. To return

The room is very tiny, with view for the back of the buildings!! With 63‚?¨ in charge, a nice customer previlege room is what it should be required. Not nice to see this. Only positive for staff attention.

Stayed here the night before returning to the UK from a Flying Event in Benavente, the Hotel was immaculately maintained & very clean Bedrooms, nice washroom facilities & a superb breakfast. I am pleased to say it lives up to the VIP name, the value for money Room Rates were budget prices for a VIP type stay. I would definitely stay there again. Great location for the Airport and far cheaper than hotels nearer to the Airport & this location has more around it to do than those by the Airport.
