The hotel is very old, the room, the restroom, the elevators, everything needs urgent remodeling. Breakfast is really good for what you pay, and you have a great view from the 10th floor while you are eating it. It's also closer to the metro station.

This hotel would suite you if you are only condidering on the cost factor. rooms are not cleaned with torn carpets. breakfast is terrible and cutleries were not washed. Staff is also very unfriendly. Only good thing is it's located centrally. Very poor room standards.

We lasted 2 hours before checking out, even though we had fully paid for our accommodation. It is old, dirty and the showers don't work only a trickle of water. I felt sorry for the young man at the reception desk because he seemed to know the problems even before we said we were leaving!! It was hit and the air conditioners didn't work st all. Comfort before money, so we checked in across the road where it was luxury, where no question was too big, all of the staff were fantastic and a place wh... Read more

Hotel is old, but beautiful with clean rooms and bath, good location near the park where you can relax in the shade during warm summer day. Breakfast is very limited but fresh and tasty. Located close to Marques de Pombal square. Parking is available in public parking, but hotel can give a card with a discounted amount.

Considered the service and the room I found this hotel too expensive (around 77 euros for a double). Good location, half an hour walk from the center, good breakfast (but coffe and the juice were not so good). Room just plain ugly and did not smell very good. The service was ok

The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible. Bathrooms are not acceptable, sheets are dusty, Etc... If you want to have a nice staying in Lisbon choose another hotel. There are so beautiful places to experience the pleasant atmosphere of this magical city. I was happy to change it with Hotel 3K Europe.

I had stayed here for 4 nights during July, 2016. The hotel is quite close to city center and also only 3-4 minutes to the nearest underground station. The rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old. The breakfast had the same food all the time : coffee, milk , orange juice( which I did not like at all), croissants, omelette, honey and some peach/ strawberry jam. All in all , I liked the accommodation even if i did not like that much the food we had eaten. I might come here again.

Location of hotel Eduardo is perfect! right next to main boulevard, 10 min walk from the oldest district Alfama. Rooms are very small but the good thing is that the room service come to clean every day. Breakfast extremely basic and everyday the same.

If you like 'quaint' you've come home to the Eduardo VII. It sort of reminds me of Fawlty Towers, but in a nice way. Firstly the positives. It's fairly central to both the touristy area and the business district being close (150 m) from the Marques de Pombal roundabout and the Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon's answer to the Champs Elysees, and also to two Metro stations. The airport bus stops practically right outside. But I didn't see many business people in residence, only dozens of Italian tour... Read more
