Simple beachfront hotel with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beach here is very nice and enjoyable. You can enjoy a full beach day here right at your footsteps. Be aware that there are many steps to get to the beach. Also there is no elevator on the premises to reach the upper levels of the complex. Should opt for an ocean view if possible. Free Wifi was only available in the lobby area on my stay. Apt. is within walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as another se... Read more

Stayed here for a week in September 2016. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Starting with the bad bits - we went all inclusive and the food was not very nice. Choice was ok but appeared poor quality, bland and sometimes a bit stale. I agree with some people here commenting on the juice- it is extremely sugary. Bar snacks were ok if you are hungry enough. Nothing special. Choice of all inclusive drinks was great for spirits but beer choice was poor (1 lager choice) and tasted vile. Due to the food a... Read more

We stayed in the Luna Falesia Mar for 10 days in early October. Upon arrival we were greeted by two very friendly and helpful Receptionists, we had traveled on an early flight and had expected to have to wait until official check in time at 2.00pm to get access to our apartment, but we were very pleasantly surprised to be given our keys to check in at 12.00 noon. Our initial apartment was great two blocks in from the main gate, but its safe was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixe... Read more

We stayed mid October and found the resort pretty quiet, but happily, still nice & sunny. Beautiful setting. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our rooms in block J were big, basic & clean but the balcony wasn't facing the sun, except for a brief spell in the morning, but it was blocked out by a huge tree which was very nice to look at but overshadowed the balcony. i found out that the resort was shutting down the following week, for the winter, to be given a full upgrade - refreshing t... Basic, spacious apartments ideal for us as we were all inclusive, would have liked a kettle for a cuppa though. Fantastic location with direct stepped access to beach, not ideal if you have mobility problems. Nice sized pool definitely for swimming as too cold to laze in! Housekeeping a bit haphazard but when asked for replacement towels, toilet rolls etc, housekeepers happily obliged. Food was plentiful, varied and tasty, always salad and cold meats available if you didn't fancy the hot buffet ... Read more

The positives: location; private path to praia falesia beach which is fabulous. Food in restaurant; good choice and caters for most tastes. The negatives: stayed in A102, very dated and basic. Not even a kettle! Have to say though, spotlessly clean with daily maid service. Had to wait 4 hours for our room to be ready; even though the complex was far from full! . Shower head was so old and it fell off onto my head when water on. Pool area full of weeds and cracked tiles. Made worse that this was ... Read more

Me and boyfriend came here for our first holiday together. We were a bit skeptical coming in October as we weren't sure of the weather. Weather was amazing we had one day of rain in 10days. Food in hotel was repetitive and mainly consisted of fish. We ate out alot even though we were all inclusive. Apartment was always kept clean by cleaners although I told them my boyfriend was in the shower and they walked right in. Bit embarrassing.beach was absolutely beautiful although hard work going up an... Read more

Myself and my partner took a week away without the kids and stayed in this enjoyable and quiet location, the apartment was nice and big a little outdated but the only fault I had, lovely staff and the pool area was nice, it is only a short walk to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants near by if you did not want to travel into Albufeira altough it's only about 5/6k, would recommend

Good area. Bit dated, tiles cracked, no kettle or oven so not self catering . Great access to beaches, 1 is 137 steps, other 15 mn walk. Buy parasol 6euro. Supermarket handy. Lots restaurants & bars nearby. Hired a car but waste time except to Santa Eulalia beach or old town Luna has free courtesy bus!! Noisy in morning as tiled floors echo more, maids always seemed to be arguing loudly!! Was cleaned once a day, towels change every day, bedding once. Helpful staff in reception, taxi there in tw...
