We were Krakow only one night and stayed in this hotel. Check in was a breeze and the man at the counter was very friendly and helpful pointing out points of interest. the place had a "cool" vib to it, very modern chic..We supposedly had a upgraded double room. The room was comfortable shower a bit small. My father had a single non upgraded room and it was tiny, enough room for a bed and bathroom Period. A great perk was the complimentary breakfast. The location of the hotel was superb only a... Read more

Recently refurbished. Very clean and comfortable, safe in the room along with a mini fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, good quality and excellent range of quality food. Would stay there again. Good location with easy access to all the main sights in Krakow. Few minutes walk to the centre and well placed for public transport.

Stayed at this hotel for a family city break in Krakow. It's in a great location just five minutes from main square. Bright and modern looking interior in a beautiful old building. Rooms are a bit small but adequate with free safe, fridge and complimentary water, tea and coffee. Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is a bit repetitive but tasty and coffee is good. Staff are helpful. I stayed in a room on back so view wasn't great but it was quiet and my daughter stayed on the front wit... Read more

The location is perfect, only 5 minute walk to the main square and Wawel Castle. Only a ten minute walk to the Jewish district and the fabulous shopping mall. No need to use public transport at all. The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. There was a full buffet breakfast every morning in the restaurant which catered for everybody. We had such a wonderful time in Krakow that we will definitely return and will certainly use this hotel... Read more

We were greatly impressed with this hotel. Situated within walking distance of the main square and many attractions. The tram stop is also right on your doorstep. We didnâ??t eat here but the friendly staff where happy to recommend very good eateries. The bed was quite comfortable, room and the whole building was spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

It's a 5 minute walk to Old Town or Wawel Castle and a 12 minute walk to the Jewish District. We never had to take public transportation. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated and the staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and very helpful. There is no reason why you shouldn't stay at this hotel!

Lovely hotel we were in the jazz rooms at back of hotel Itâ??s very central for market square the royal castle and the Jewish quarter We had breakfast just 1 morning as our tours were early pick ups but there is a small supermarket just a few metres down the street for some essentials water fruit etc to take in your bag for early morning tours Staff were nice and helpful I did read a review before we went about tram noise at front but we werenâ??t effected by that Well done đ???đ??»

I stayed in room 405 for my visit. The colour was 'interesting' Black, white, neon pink. Wifi was excellent. It was a little strange to have the TV switch on every time you put your door card in the slot when you entered the room. The room was a twin but very small. I was staying alone so It didn't matter much but I imagine a couple or friends sharing the room would feel clostrophobic. The reception is directly in front of the entrance and I was greeted well. The breakfast was excellent and the... Read more

The hotel is nice, the breakfast room is (at least during our stay) a bit too crowdy; the breakfast itself, if you have a sweet tooth, is quite limited but all in all ok. The location is good, rooms are comfy. The elevator is quite unusual; you never are at your floor and, if you are in the Jazz area, keep in mind that there are stairs to take, so that for you could be a problem check carefully with the concierge first or when you make your reservation.

This is the second visit for me to this hotel in 2016, the last was in early Aug when the heat of summer was still to be felt. This time was mid December when the climate was not quite the same. My room at the hotel was in the "Jazz" section of the hotel as per my last visit and is at the quiet rear of the hotel. The room has an "interesting" decor with a funky disco style lighting system if you choose to use that. This room was a double and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds th... Read more
