Worst experience ever!!! I constantly travel and have stayed in a lot of hotels in the Philippines and abroad. I never blogged or write or even say ill of anyone but this was over the top and I have to at least share our horrendous experience to warn other people. Last Saturday, July 8, 2017, I stayed in the Imperial Palace Suites with my sister and my 4-year old niece. Got to the place around 6pm and to our surprise - the hotel was in a total power black out! They were the only one that didn't ... Read more

They even call it a palace? Very poor Wifi, lack of room amenities, no breakfast offers and AC unit not in good condition. Not only that... Booked an overnight stay for a couple friend. Before we left, the lobby person talked to us about the 'supposed to be charges' per pax since there's visitors coming, but manager at the lobby assures us that they're not gonna charge as long as visitors are not staying til 10pm (which we did btw). Then the following day couple called lobby for early check out ... Read more

Booked 2 rooms for 6 of us. Request adjoining rooms but not available. Wifi very poor. Each day we have to log in new password. They didn't top up toilet rolls Abd other toiletries unless we request. Beds are comfortable and the room is quite spacious.

Hotel needs improvement. Room is rather large but is There was smell coming out of the sewer in bathroom area, poor sound proofing because we can hear all night party music across club and very poor room/customer service.

I booked this room on the basis that it was big. I also liked what I saw in the pictures. It's what you will get but upon closer inspection this is where you will see the flaws and they outweigh the good points. I'm not a choosy or picky person but having recently stayed at Brentwood Suites our stay at Imperial Palace Suites was definitely a downer. The room is big which is great but the floor is dirty and it's the kind of floor that gets dirty quickly. I was a little disgusted with it so I aske... Read more

Poor customer service, soiled towel with blood clots. AC had to be adjusted several times before it gets cool like I had to wait more than 12 hours. Took two IT personnel to get the Wi-Fi working. No supervisor on duty for the night shift. DO NOT SPEND YOUR NEW YEAR. NO GOOD.. tsk... My only consolacion is the shower. For 2k + booking fee not a good value for money. BTW.. my room smells like old cabinet accented with moth balls. Thanks to Body Shop Vanilla Spray - did the trick..

I arrived at the Imperial Palace Suites a bit late as the traffic was bad, the reception knew this so allowed us to check in later. The hotel appeared clean. In our room were cups, but no kettle or supplies of tea, coffee nor any milk. After a couple of calls to reception a kettle was delivered with no supplies so I used some I had from an airline. When showering, the shower area was massive! Breakfast in the morning was alright. A bit boring but it filled a hole.

I think the management should rethink of a name for this hotel. This is a palace which is breaking down if not already broken! Most of their facilities are non-functional (i.e. Electric kettle, aircon, fridge is not working, dressing lights, tv channels are crap). Not to mention we booked for a premium suite. I wonder how a standard room would look like...! We reported these faults to the front desk and much to our surprise, he sent the security guard to fix the faults they reported. And as expe... The room was big and nice. The location was good too. However, the customer service sucks! The management needs to get its staff some crash course in customer relations. I traveled to accompany my wife in Manila. Because i had no more leave credits I had to work online so I expected that the internet connection of the hotel was good. Since the wifi does no work most of the time I had to call the front desk for assistance but I could not get one. The front desk told me that someone from the IT de... Read more

My friends and I had a small gathering over the weekend. Room was okay and renovated. My only concern is the front desk keeps on calling us and telling that there's visiting hours until 10pm. We already explained that only 4guest will be sleeping and the rest will go home. But still wouldn't let it go and guard keeps on knocking on the door. Where's the privacy right? Interrupting an occasion is not a good hospitality move. And front desk was even reasoning out that security is directing them to... Read more
