Team is exceptional at the hotel. Victoria, ceasar, Andrea and someone with the name starting with Y and all the club lounge associates took very good care of us and were very very helpful. Wonderful experience! Kudos to everyone who put an extra effort to make us comfortable!

This hotel gets a star for how nice the rooms are and a star for being in a good location but the service was terrible. I ate at the restaurant three times and each time I had to get up and find a waiter to acknowledge my existence. "Hello, here I am come talk to me!" The bus service to the airport is also not reliable which is scary when you are trying to catch a flight. We were told we were taking the 7am bus so of course we were on the bus by 7am. The bus never left and the drivers just ... Read more

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Restaurant features wonderful Peruvian dishes. There is a mall next door for all your needs (pharmacy, phone companies, grocery store and many restaurants for quick food. The Manager handled a situation for us with efficiency.

I stayed at the Sheraton Lima for a night and while I was satisfied overall, the hotel needs some work. Firstly, wifi is chargeable which is absolutely ridiculous for an International hotel chain like Sheraton. Secondly, they need some work with regards to the privacy of their guests, At 10am the next morning after I checked in, I was sleeping in my room when all of a sudden, a guy walked right in to deliver water to the room. He walked right in without checking on whether there was anyone insid... Read more

Not brand new and modern like the Miraflores hotels. Or with lots of local culture like some boutique hotels in Lima. Just a very good place to stay and be pampered in the city center. There is no alternative for this hotel in this neighborhood at present. The location is excellent. Historic center just a few blocks away. Good connection to Miraflores with the express bus. Great views upon the city from almost every room above the 10th floor. A nice staff with a polite attitude. Rooms are reaso... Read more

In my usual trend, I had another 23-hour stay over in Lima, and was happy to stay at the Sheraton Lima. As with my previous reviews, the check-in was fast & friendly and I was upgraded to a corner suite. This time I ended up facing south, to a great view of the city and hill surrounding Lima, along as the pool below. I??d only visited in cooler temperatures before, so I was quite happy to be able to see it - and experience it! One amenity that I??d never seen at a SPG hotel before was a pa... Read more

No surprises here at a big city hotel that is part of a global chain that is sometimes a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly which made the difference, breakfast good and location excellent for waking to the old centre plus with a shopping mall right behind which made it easy to change money, grab wifi at Starbucks etc If you are staying longer, head to miraflores by the coast otherwise this is ideal for a short stay.

Unlike most other fancy hotels in Lima, the Sheraton was not located in the upmarket Mira Flores area and rather quite in the hustle and bustle of it all. Some tour guides suggested this to be not so great as the area is often where protests and civil uproar can occur. Nonetheless, it was appropriate for our stay. Nothing amazing and quite unforgettable, but did the trick for a nice and quick stay in Lima.

Location of this property is right smack of centre of Lima. Rooms are very clean and modern. Concierge and front desk staff were helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to try. Will stay here when I visit Lima again

Bland and beige and not proud to be in the capital of the colourful county of Peru. What a shame a few hints of the local culture would give the hotel charisma that it lacks. We were first annoyed by the fact they wanted and extra 50$ to check in early, but wouldn't be giving us money off because we were leaving early two days later. Then we had a room which sounded as if it had an express train running through it...that was the wind. We asked to move and were given another room. Most of the staff... Read more
