We stayed here for a couple of nights during our stay in Peru and found it quite adequate for our needs. It is a basic, but clean hotel, well placed for sight seeing Cusco. Just up the road is the main square and right opposite is the Sun Temple. A basic but tasty breakfast - great coffee!

I have been to Cusco many times throughout the years and stayed at various hotels. Most recently, I stayed at San Agustin Plaza for the first time based on a recommendation. I was very impressed by the price, level of service and location of the hotel. The hotel and rooms were comfortable and tasteful. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Teresa Cuadros, who assisted my family coordinate our stay given frequent itinerary changes. I would recommend staying at San Agustin Plaza if ... Very clean hotel and its 5 min away from plaza del Armas..which have many shops and restorande. Good variety on breakfast. All time they have free coca tea for altitute syndrome at the bar/restaurant They have warm rooms and this is good for us because the weather is to cold at the night

We family of 3 stayed here for a couple of nights and found the staff very helpful. We asked for a room change to 3 single beds as the double is very small compared to our king bed at home. They did this for us with no issue and we had such a quiet comfortable room that we asked if we could have the same room upon our return from Machu Picchu two days later. They couldn't confirm at the time but when we returned we found they had managed this for us. So if you are a group of 3, I can recommend... Read more

The hotel is located within 10 minutes of the main Cusco square. You can read the rest of the review but I donā??t recommend this hotel. The primary reasons are noise, inconsiderate staff and uncomfortable beds. Add a sub-par breakfast and it all adds up to looking elsewhere. As for the hotel I will break it down into sections, but for what we saw of Cusco the hotel is average and overall clean. Overall: The staff at the front desk was friendly and understand English though they could do b... Read more

Upon arrival, our group gave 8 passports to the front desk person who said she needed to process them. We went out to dinner and our passports were sitting on the counter and they said to find your passport in the while. Anyone could have come up and grabbed our passports! The rooms had many issues. We booked a double room and were given a room with three twin beds. The hotel does not have many rooms for double occupancy and they seem to assign you whatever they feel like. Many powerports in t... Read more

The location is very convenient, just across St. Domingo (akaka Curicanza Temple). I was satisfied with the amenities of this hotel. Simple rooms with enough room, the double room had two double beds. Clean, nice bathrooms with european showerheads!!! Universal sockets (euro and american), free WiFi in the rooms too. The breakfast and the restaurant were mediocre. The staff was friendly and cooperative. We got our bording passes printed for free at the reception desk. We even lost a key, payed t... Read more

We stayed here on two different occasions. The rooms were an adequate size. It was an easy walk to nearby markets, plaza, tourist attractions, cathedrals, museums and restaurants. The inclusive Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Felt safe with a security guard at the door greeting you.
