stayed here for two nights 28-30 jan 2017 lovely hotel very clean staff friendly and location could not be better. there is so much to do around the hotel shopping restaurants bars etc. so handy to reach from the airport

Compliments and thanks to concierge who helped trace luggage mislaid by KLM at Schipol airport. All hotel staff efficient, helpful and polite. Large comfortable room, we liked the twin hand basins the in bathroom. Breakfast, big choice of food, including individually cooked omlettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed here twice in different years as this is the best hotel we have stayed in Amsterdam. Friendly services and clean room, especially we have a young child and it makes much easier for us to go whenever we wanted to. Oh, by the way, the buffet breakfast was excellent!

We stay here about 25 years ago and the hotel did feel 'Grand' but a little faded which added to its charm. The rooms have been refurbished and are now somewhat high tech. The winter garden is a great location for breakfast and the welcome by Aida each morning added to the experience.

This trip to Amsterdam was my present to my son for his 21st birthday. He went with his girlfriend and I wanted them to have a great time, be well looked after, in a central location and be safe The staff excelled themselves. Especial thanks to Natasha who runs customer service. I was able to rest assured that my son was in good hands. And he had a great time. Very impressed by the location and the hotel's amenities Couldn't have been a better trip

Just home from our 4th long weekend stay at The Krasnapolsky which was to celebrate both of our birthdays. We requested Room 1006 which we have stayed in twice before which has a lovely view and is extremely quiet. As always the cleanliness was second to none and all staff were extremely helpful. Top marks for everyone.

Let me start my review by saying...NH Collection Krasnapolsky- worth every penny paid for! Beautiful hotel...best location...great service and a warm and friendly atmosphere! Stayed two nights in this bustling city and we were truly thankful that we made the right choice of hotel. A modern slightly boutique type hotel - Staff helpful and friendly, Room (standard room) of good size except for distance between 'desk' area and bed, could hardly get chair out from under 'shelf and then not comfortable to sit at to work for longer periods due to restriction. Food good and drinks standard price for this type of hotel. Many meeting spaces with the room we used for the day very appropriate for the meeting we were attending and 'room host' Bas, very helpful

Way too expensive, too many riff raff inside, NOT a 5 star hotel!!! Now a NH hotel. Just went through a huge renovation. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Right on Dam Square. Easy access to anywhere. But, the price is very high and the quality is so-so. They use alot of interns that have no clue about service and hotel business. Booked this hotel for 3 nights. And got upgraded to an apartment at the back of the hotel.. Got an apartment with terrace located at level 3. There aren't any lift so you gotta carry your heavy luggages up or down a narrow stairs.(you can always ask the concierge for help which i did) I highly wouldn't recommend for people who have disabilities to book an apartment but if you wanna cooked, do laundries and feel like home, you should booked an apartment.
