Located right within the Medina (city walls), this hotel has beautiful architecture and you would never find it yourself as down narrow alley ways. Staff very helpful and dinner was good but we found breakfasts to be poor.

This hotel was our first taste of Morocco, and it was absolutely amazing. Our taxi dropped us near the medina wall and we were met by a hotel porter with a luggage cart. We felt a bit daft dropping our little rucksacks into the cart, but the porter was as charming and professional as if we'd loaded a full set of monogrammed suitcases into his cart. He led us through a few winding alleys, then through the hotel's guarded front entrance. When we first walked into the hotel's lobby and glimpse... Read more

My Husband & I stayed here last March - right at the end of a rather hectic three weeks travelling. It is an oasis amongst the chaos - located inside the Medina walls. Beautiful Riad - received an upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. Great staff, extremely helpful, even better food & so close to everything in Marrakech - easy stroll to shop. Arranged collection for airport drop off & gorgeous porter threw our bags into his little cart for the short walk up to the main road.

I booked this riad as a birthday present for a dear friend, eleven months before the due date. This riad was carefully restored by the father, who sadly passed away and now is run by the daughter with the help of a manager. I knew what the total cost should be but with this particular stay I had to pay at the hotel on the day. The hotel charged us a far higher exchange rate than the bank to convert dirhams to sterling. Furthermore the hotel charges 200 dirhams per personne to collect or drop off... Read more

We stayed here for three nights in the deluxe room Toubkal. Every detail of this hotel is ornate and beautiful, from the tiles floors to the lamps on the walls â?? even the toilet doors. The inner courtyard, with its pool (closed for refurbishment when we were there but it was January) was a calm and tranquil oasis filled with the sound of birds, while for sunbathing the roof terrace was huge and labrythine, with a wide choices of seats, recliners, beds and hammock seats to sit in or lie on. There were 16 of us here to celebrate a special birthday of one of us in the group. There were a few teething problems sorting rooms when we first arrived but it was late and we had been delayed by a few hours. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff really did go the extra mile to make sure we were all happy. I didn't appreciate how amazing the raid was till the second day when we starting looking at all our rooms and how different they were. The terraces and views overlooking Marra... Read more

I loved this place so much. It's beyond gorgeous, in a very good location -- not too far into the medina yet enough so to be away from the craziness of the main part of the city. The restaurant is good (though it was't my favorite breakfast in Morocco), the bar is fun -- with music and a nice atmosphere at night, and the decor is so beautiful and elaborate. It's also nicely sized -- large enough to have amenities yet still has a small and intimate feel. I looked very forward to staying here ... Read more

We stayed at Riad Palais Sebban for 4 days and had an excellent experience. In the middle of the the Riad you can find a beautiful, large and very open courtyard with a restaurant and pool hangout area. The architecture throughout the Riad is remarkable and makes you feel like you are staying at a private palace. The roof terrace is also a very nice chill area with tables and daybeds where you can enjoy a view of the Marrakesh rooftops with the Atlas Mountains in the background. The only area o... Read more

My partner and I had such a lovely stay at Riad Palais Sebban over the Christmas period. We visited a few other riads around the area and thought this was the absolute best! We arrived at night time and were a little bit shaken once a man took our suitcase and lead us to the riad down a few side streets then forcefully requested money from us. I would recommend calling the Riad reception before arrival and have someone meet you to walk with you, or just say no to anyone who offers help and isn't... Read more
