From the beginning this hotel has been lovely and respectful. All our worries and queries have been answered amazingly and made us feel very welcome. Our rooms have been cleaned everyday with fresh towels and soaps for in the bathroom. Being young women we have had unwanted attention, we fortunately made a friend here. When we first met him we was very unsure, we went down to speak to him and the hotel staff and security watched over us. We can only assume this was to make sure we was alright, t... Read more

I really had a great time with my family there. The hotel is located in the middle of the city. It is easy to get around. The staff is very friendly an helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is acceptable for its price. I really recommend this hotel and will come again.

This hotel is in a great location near the good restaurants, shops and lounges. Unfortunately this hotel experience was not good and put a dampener on our trip. Upon arrival I had to be moved to 3 different rooms, because the water was cold in each. Each night of the 5 night long stay there seemed to be a loud banging noise and also a chair scraping noise (I believe the cleaners or hotel workers were moving furniture around). This meant that we could not sleep at all and were tired the entire t... Read more

Stayed here for 6 days in room 14 in December and was woken every morning between 6 and 7am by so much noise despite the fact that I was having late nights. I don't know what the noise was, there were banging noise (was told thats the lift) and the sound of chairs and furniture being dragged along the floor. One day there was even music playing at 8am which I suspect was being played by the guy at reception on his phone. My friend moved room 3 times and she had the same issue so its a problem wi... I came here when travelling through different parts of Morocco with a large group. This hotel had an open rooftop space, with a small pool. The pool was not enough to swim in, but it was large enough for all of us to stand in and play ball games. Only 3 sun beds on the top, but this was ok as the rest of the group were able to sit around and lay on the floor with towels. The whole time we were here it felt like we were the only customers in the whole hotel. Therefore, we were free to roam ar... Read more

I traveled with a group of American students. We were met with staff who very quickly got every pair of students their key and directions to their room. Very efficient and still very friendly. We had several breakfasts and dinners; the students liked the food and if they had diets, their needs were met. The staff was always willing to arrange trips and services for the students. The staff found out that we had a celebration on one of the days we stayed there. They surprised us by bringing a tabl... Read more

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights ... their staff is very approachable and helpful. The location is perfect it is a few minutes away from Jamaa El Fna Square, there are lots of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area, breakfast is awesome with so many good selections. The room was clean and quiet which is really important. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Recommended it to many traveling peers of ours.
