The hotel has a good location, close to Aveneue Muhammed V, restaurants, shops and a shopping mall with the supermarket Carrefour. The rooms are fairly clean but were a bit cold in January when we were there. breakfast was aslo good, but again the brekfast room was cold in January. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have their own travel agency from which we oredered a day trip to Ourika Valley.

We stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour so don't know what their rates are like, but as for the room we stayed in, we have no complaints as the bed was clean & comfortable & the shower hot & strong every time. The included breakfast was typically Moroccan with a few European inclusions. We enjoyed a drink at both their bars & they also have a rooftop terrace. Location is handy as is near a shopping mall, public buses & a 30 minute walk to the medina. Only negative is you hear a bit of noi... Read more

This hotel is in a nice quiet area and just a 5 minute walk to a modern shopping mall with a large supermarket. The main square, Jemma el Fnaa is about 30 minutes walk or 10 mins in a taxi costing around 30 Dirham (about £3). The hotel has a distinctly traditional ambience and architecture and the staff are efficient and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but fairly basic and probably in need of some redecorating. Overall, the hotel is good for the money, but if you are looking for ... Read more

I stayed at the Hotel Le Caspien with Intrepid Tours. We had taken the overnight train from Tangier and arrived around 9am. Our rooms were not ready due to being busy but they made quick work of getting us rooms by noon, instead of having to wait until normal check in. The hotel is modern and the rooms are nicely appointed. You have to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk as they are not in each room. The guest rooms numbering is odd - I stayed in room 403 which was on the 5th floor. There... Read more

This little gem of a hotel was an ideal base to explore Marrakech and all its sights, restaurants were wonderful with excellent choices and impeccable service throughout our 5 night stay. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful who went the extra mile to assist with our endless questions, rooms were delightfully decorated in traditional decor with comfortable beds, the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, I will return to Marrakech and I will return to this lovely well run hotel, congra... I have stayed on a number of occasions and sometimes for several nights and I always love this hotel. It is well located and in a safe area. Its always clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is always nice with a good variety of hot and cold. I enjoy the rooms very much and have stayed in a number of them. The bathrooms are tiny bit small but nothing to be concerned about for a short stay. I highly recommend this as a great spot to stay in the new part of the town.

Hotel Le Caspien was a very modern hotel with a pool, restaurant and adjoining nightclub. The breakfast was amazing and after weeks of the typical 'bread and jam' it was so nice to have a wide range of hot and cold dishes to choose from. The floors had unusual numbering (eg room 204 would be on the third floor) and can be reached by either stairs or elevator. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the windows blocked out the street noise relatively well. That said, some of my travel comp... Read more

Our family stayed here for five nights to see Marrakesh. The hotel is situated out of the old city and it's about a 20 minute walk or a £5 taxi ride to the main square. It's close to a modern shopping centre with a Carrefour to stock up on any essential supplies. We had three rooms, all of which were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room so thank goodness we packed our travel kettle - ... Read more

We stayed at another hotel but ate here for our farewell dinner. The food was good and the atmosphere was that of an expensive restaurant. We sat out by the pool and it was very pleasant. Service was attentive and everything brought out was correct. I enjoyed a draft beer for about $2. Others bought wine at typical American prices. Most in our party ordered tagine. I ordered steak and it was very good. I would eat here again for a special dinner. But not for every day as prices were a little ... Read more
