My husband and I have just returned home, and we still miss the hotel and its' wonderful staff. Everyone who works here went out of their way to make our holiday go smoothly and make it more memorable. We very much enjoyed the food as well, which was varied and tasty. Local cuisine which we enjoyed very much each time we ate in the hotel whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner. We also used the Hammam and spa and found it excellent and good value. Although the pool is unheated, this is the same... Read more

i booked for a party of 8 people. When we arrived the staff members where very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The hotel accommodation was very clean and tidy and the food was very nice. I used the Spa and I felt so relaxed afterwards. The hotel is so central, close to shops and other main amenities. Easy bus ride to the Medina was very pleasant. my only reservation was that you had to pay to use the safe. I have just returned from Marrakech and i am looking to book again for august/Sept... We stayed for one night on 1st Jan 2017. We paid £127-00 for a quad room so good value for 4 people for one night. Hotel was relatively pleasant however rooms were tired and could do with updating. Breakfast was a buffet and pretty standard - fine if you like Moroccan food but not if your kids are fussy. Avoid room facing the street, it can be noisy. We got woken up by rubbish collection trucks reversing at 06:00. Also important to watch the head porter - he is dishonest. We booked a taxi to ta... Read more

On the plus side: The room size is excellent, the pool area is good and enough of a sun trap for you to sunbathe in December, the spa is good and so are the breakfasts On the negative side: The heating in the rooms is inadequate. Despite the warm days it gets very cold in the evenings and early mornings. At best the aircon/heater unit in the room only takes the chill off the room rather than actually heating it. The wifi is dreadfully slow, in fact so slow a lot of mails, pages and apps time-o... Read more

Stayed at this hotel in december with my boyfriend and another couple. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming - they booked a table at a busy morrocan restaurant for us as we were unable to get in the first night, provided towels by the pool, helped sorting out a taxi for our early flight home and were just generally really really friendly. Room itself was nice and had a balcony looking over the pool- some times smelled a bit drainy, but other than that ... Read more

Nice bedrooms and really well located, close to the downtown and you can fin a lot of restaurants and bars next to the hotel. The swimming pool is relaxing and clean, but it's not heated. All the employees are looking for any problem you have and try to solve it. The breakfast was the one with more variety that we found in all our trip in morocco. The only problem is that the facilities are kind of old and it looks like that, specially with the elevator. I'll strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall was fine. However, we had a room booked for three people and the third bed didn't have sheets until we called for assistance, also only two sets of towels in the room (and only two glasses) until we asked for more. Almost every day we were left with no towels after housekeeping had cleaned the room and had to ask for them to be sent up. They were always quick to respond though. The food was OK but as a vegetarian i was a little limited in what choices I had. The lunch menu was... Read more

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Firstly they did not have a single clean room. Next every room they took us to need work doing. It's a very old building and they have not looked after it. There was cracks in the walls. The paint was scrapped off the bath. Rats were running around the pool and restaurant area. With in an hour of being there we had to watch a rat been eaten by a wild cat in an area which food is and was meant to be clean. Wires were hanging out the light section. Everythi... Read more

Stayed here for one week. Our room was in need of decorating but was clean. Beds comfy and shower was excellent. Maid came every day , food was good choice in evening was impressive, pool area was very clean and staff friendly aswell, it's an ideal place to stay when visiting as central for many things, wasn't busy when we were there but that suits me Road noise might be a problem if staying in a room facing the road so ask for one facing pool. Roads in marrakesh are very interesting but that... Read more
