Due to working purpose I have stayed one month in this hotel in October 2017. I was extremely satisfied with all that this hotel offer. Rooms ( most of them with balcony) are spacious and they were spotless, cleaned every day! Hotel offers a lot incl swimming pool , 2 restaurants, terrasse, booking trips around Morocco, and much more... Breakfast was unusually reach with big choice of food. But I was mostly impressed about staff in this hotel. Marwan, Soumaya, Mohamed and Hicham are great team, ... Read more

This is a very basic hotel with smallish rooms. We stayed here twice with a single night each time. Hard mattresses and ok pillows. The road facing rooms can be noisy with traffic and people on the street. I recommend to not get street facing as there is also not much to see. The restaurant serves a good range of food as well as alcohol but it is expensive compared to local eating. Overall the hotel service is ok. Breakfast was basic but it did have a few extra things we did get in other lower e... Read more

This is a very good hotel but is becoming somewhat jaded in areas. We had room 206 .The sink was not fixed to the wall and it was chipped. The chrome work in the bathroom was jaded and the tiling looked tired. The black paint work gave it a somewhat dark atmosphere. There was on display a shopping guide for 2014 ! Somewhat dated for 2017. However these criticism are outweighed by the excellent customer service offered by the staff who were friendly and helpful in every department. The towels wer... Read more

I'm very impressed with this hotel in the new town of Gueliz in Marrakech. The location is close and within walking distance to everything from the Jemaa El Fenaa and the Jardin Majorelle. A supermarket, a modern/fantastic shopping mall and food court is 5 minutes away, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, mom and pop shops, banks, change bureaus, taxis, and so much more are close and safety was never a concern. The onsite restaurants and bars are very reasonably priced and are of except... Read more

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. We were shown to our room, 201, which was in fairly good condition, but did not have a balcony, was a little on the small side for two, and needed a little bit of an decorative update. We asked for a different room, reception staff were very accommodating and provided us with a room with a balcony and was also a little larger in size. The rooms are very Moroccan in decor, the beds were very comfortable but i found that the lighting wa... Read more

Visited this hotel about 4 weeks ago and stayed 4 nights...we found most of the staff pleasant and tried their best to communicate but their English was as bad as my French so we found a bit of a language barrier The interior of the hotel was quite dark especially the breakfast room ,felt a bit depressing first thing in the morning , we had our evening meal outside sitting around the pool area which was nice We were booked in as half board and were a little disappointed with the menu choice we h... This is now the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Every time we go it just amazes us how its keeps getting better. The director, the staff, the cleanliness and the food, everything was perfect. It is superbly situated so you never even need a taxi, just a twenty minute walk and you're right in the centre of the city. Three minutes walk to Carrefour ( a very large supermarket) and a ten minute walk to the Jadins Marjorelle. It's also in a quiet residential street so not much noise. We are... Read more

A calm and friendly place to stay, good location and decent wifi. The food is extraordinary and they offer a wide range of Moroccan and western dishes. I have stayed here for several nights and highly recommend it.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Great food and ideal location close to market, restaurants and bars. Sheesha cafe right next door. Food court with McDonald's, burger king, pizza Hut and much more walking distance. 7-10 min taxi to markets and 15 min to airport. Tours and activities can be booked within the hotel. Food was fantastic as we're staff.
