You get what you pay for with this hotel. It's cute and charming, the staff is amazing, but the rooms are luxurious. The pool is great and they have some lounge chairs around it that are pretty comfortable. The restaurant has good food and drinks, and the location is great!

We have been here a week so far. It's been lovely. The hotel is being updated, so that's a bit loud but they are definitely working hard to work around us. The rooms are simple but clean. Air conditioning works great! Noisy but good. Fridge works well but noisy. LoL Pool is perfect after a long walk after a hot humid day! Again, location is perfect.

We visited this hotel last November, mainly we selected this hotel because of interesting rates, but we were surprised by the offer. It is not newest hotel in town but clean and best things are the great location at the end ( or the beginning ) of the malecon and the nice and friendly people working there. Also breakfast was nice. If you are on a budget I would highly recommend this hotel, located in the middle of the action in PV.

I am in the hospitality industry and cannot understand how anyone could possibly rate this hotel higher than a 2. You cannot lock the windows or balcony doors. I can open my door without a key by simply using a credit card. The plumbing does work but barely. No hot water for a shower this morning. We prepaid 8 months ago for a particular room on the top floor only to be told they don't have it as they are under renovations. No-one told us ahead of time. Did they offer a discount? Absolutely not.... Read more

We read that Rosita have had many good reviews and we decide to stay here after checking out the others in this location. My hubby and I are seasoned travelers and we always look for accommodation which are centralized in good location with beach and dining facilities and most importantly safe to walk and mingle with the localsq. We have a huge room... from our patio when I look to the right the homes on the lush mountains, when I look to the left the blue sea with lapping waves and in the Cent... Read more

My wife-brother and sister in law and myself stayed at The Rostia and had a BLAST, I thought the staff was very nice, other than one guy at the bar that seemed to hate on me a bit. We tried to be as pleasant and respectful as we could, we tipped our maid well (100 pesos a day- $5.55 USD) with the exchange rate we discovered that there were very few Canadians in PV, perhaps that was an indicator. Both of our rooms were clean, well kept and everything worked properly. We witnessed a bit of high dr... Read more
